The purse is stunning! The pictures were awesome, but the actual product in your hands, it's on a whole Nother level. If you order the real leather like I did, make sure you buy Quality leather Care products. I bought this for my wife for Christmas and you should've seen the jealousy on the faces of my mom, Aunt's, sisters and girl cousins LMAO. She received compliments the very first time she wore it out. This is actually her second purse. I bought her the bound by knowledge for Thanksgiving and it was the same reaction from strangers, white and black, male and female. I don't know how many guys this review will reach but fellas if you want all the special treatment that comes with giving a great gift, this is your chance to take 2026 by the horns. There are so many choices to choose from, It is literally mind-boggling. But take the time and go through the product line. I'm sure you will find something that represents your sweetheart. I have been eyeing the Queenira bags for quite some time. I decided to purchase the Crowned In Onyx Premium Leather Handbag for myself, my mother and sister. Wow! I was not disappointed. The customer service was outstanding. They tracked my packages the entire way and kept me abreast at all times. The bags and wallets arrived without damage with dust cover bags and are beautiful. The designs are amazing. The features are simple and exactly what I want in a bag. The zippers on all the bags and wallets work perfectly. I'm so excited for my mother and sister to see theirs on Christmas morning. As for me, I have to wait also.

As a man, I was blown away with these purses, and I purchased one for my daughter and one for my niece, and they are excited about them.

It's unnerving to know that a company during Christmas gift buying seasson does not have an exchange or return policy that doesn't meet the criteria of damaged or wrong item. As it turns out I brought this bag for my wife, she loves it but would like the tote size instead. The return policy was hard to find on your website so I didn't see it, otherwise I would have asked her before buying. I'm not sure if any of your customers have run into this issue or not, but I will not be giving you a favorable review and will give a customer beware on social media. It's a shame because I would love to support a black owned business, but I can't under these circumstances.
