Quickco Avis 66

As part of the Lithia Group of Companies I would avoid them at all costs. Customer Service is shocking across the board.

Ordered for the first time, after being advised to try them for a part for my Vauxhall. Wicked customer service on the phone, got my part on system straight away. They discounted the price for me at checkout and also free delivery to local garage/ auto parts shop.

I tried Vauxhall direct for the same part and was on hold for over 45 mins. Quick co sorted it all for me in maximum 4 mins.

I ordered a steering wheel cover for £6,49 and normal postage which should have been no more than £1,50 when I got my invoice it said £10.00 for postage and came to £17.49 . I spoke to Gary and he said he would rectify it and give me a refund on the postage . Did not happen spoke to a very nice gentleman I forget his name he said he would put the refund through and it would be on my credit card in the next few days it never materialised and I don't think he had any attention of doing it. I was very pleased with the steering wheel cover which took five days to come in a small envelope. But sorry Quicko will not use you or recommend.

contacted the next day to say no stock and will refund .
chase after 1 week still no refund chased again and again still no refund . 1 month still no refund .
Thankfully Paypal have got involved , so hopefully might get some money back Eventually !
I would strongly suggest you avoid or at the very least pay with PayPal / credit card as your unlikely to receive a refund.

Ordered a product and it had still not arrived after a week. Chased 3 times by email to their Customer Service team and no response until I raised as a dispute with PayPal. Advised by their Customer Service team that it had not been sent as it was out of stock. When I questioned why their website allowed me to purchase an item they have no stock of and why no one bothered to contact I was told “that’s how our website works” So this company are taking customers money for items they are unable to fulfil. Awful customer service, awful website. Complete waste of time. AVOID.

I recently purchased oil for my car from Quickco and i have to say i am very satisfied with the level of service and fast delivery. I live in the far north of scotland which sometimes with deliveries from some companies can be an issue but not with Quickco who made every effort to make sure i recieved my purchase the very next day.

Excellent service and i highly recommend anyone to use this company as they go above and beyond to satify thier customers.

Although it stated next day delivery my order actually 3 days to come, I contacted yourselves via web chat and was told someone would come back to me but no one ever did, when i contacted web chat again i was told that the courier had lost the order and a new one would be sent . it did finally arrive the next day. Apart from that all good lol

Ordered Adblue on Monday and it was delivered on Tuesday absolutely free of charge. Great product and fantastic value too, as the same product was 50% more expensive at local halfords and eurocar parts. Will definitely buy from this company again.
