I’d like to take a moment to recognise the outstanding support I received from Leanne in the Evans Halshaw Guarantee department.
I had been trying to submit a claim for quite some time and encountered repeated difficulties with the dealer. Despite multiple attempts, the process wasn’t moving forward and became increasingly frustrating.
Leanne truly went above and beyond to help resolve the situation. She took the initiative to contact the dealer directly and patiently guided them through the process step by step. Thanks to her persistence, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile, my claim was finally submitted and processed successfully.

I first made contact with Driveway Solutions (Pendragon Vehicle Management) last year to see about becoming a broker for them that's when I had the call from Emma Brewster. Prompt, efficient, if there has been any questions or queries, she has been able to respond quickly so there has been no delay.
Not only have I had the pleasure dealing with Emma, but also Phoebe Roe. She has been an absolute star. She may get 1 email from me a day or 20 but the responses have always been quick. Nothing is too much trouble. The same with phone calls. Last year she provided me with quotes for 20+ vehicles for 1 customer and because of her patience and efficiency, we have now secured a very good customer.
Both Emma and Phoebe are a credit to the team and deserve the recognition.

The entire process is smooth, transparent, and very well managed from start to finish. I purchased my vehicle through here and it was straight forward I chose my vehicle and Lidnsey kept in contact all the way through until it was handed to Shanigh who dealt with the handover process. It was quick and easy and had no issues everything went smoothly. They were both professional. I didnt expect my car to arrive so quickly. Definitely recommended and will definitely use them again after my contract ends
