I have not received my contacts at all. Order before Christmas 2023 and said it would take roughly 4 weeks to arrive. I still have not received anything or an email regarding shipment. Very disappointing considering I have purchased from you in the past. I will be asking for a full refund as this has delayed my contacts and now will need to order new ones from another supplier.

Happy with the lenses but when you’re called Quick Lens and with the shipping I paid, I expected it to arrive faster and I expected that my tracking should work. Even SHEIN and Temu arrive faster than whatever postal service was used.

Prices are insanely cheap + ships fast. I ordered contacts from a store from my own country the same day I ordered from quicklens (from Singapore!) and quicklens arrived 2 days after the ones from NZ arrived.

Contact lenses never arrived! Ordered from quick lens NZ and they were dispatched through Singapore post. The email said approx 10 business days and it has almost been 2 months. The tracking information hasn’t been updated since Oct 25th and it is now November 20th. I have reached out to both quicklens and Singapore post and gotten NO response form either. Horrible customer service and seems like a scam. Out $100 and is extremely inconvenient as I need them to see.

The lenses were perfect. Exactly what I wanted and needed. They work well and it was easy to place the order.

Shipping and delivery was annoying. There was no delivery information and tracking was hard to do when they never updated. You also have to sign for it and if they don't reach you they'll take it back and let you know two days later.
I'll order again but be more watchful for the package since I can't change it

Ordered from NZ site but products sent from Singapore 5-7 days.

Now at 14 days with no progress.

First time trying this site and will not be using again - every other place I get next day and they don't charge me for shipping (and it actually arrives)
