Took too long
Goods look to be fine (no punn intended), agreed to my order taking 4 weeks but ended up being over 8.

Orders take to long to arrive with no updates or communication
Orders were placed 8 weeks ago and still haven't been dispatched. There was absolutely no communication at all until I raised my concerns.

My order took about 3 weeks to arrive, I had to contact supplier, then nz post wait for reply then they ordered my a new box which then my original order arrived then had to muck around returning the 2nd box. Will order from nz direct next time. Usually takes 1-2 days to arrive

Shipping issues with no help from Quick lens
I purchased contact lenses however they shipped 2 different ways. Send them 2 different boxes. I received one of them first but there wasn’t what I needed and the other one received one month later.
One of box which received late one was no tracking number so I need to call NZ post.
Every time I call them of course different people so I need to explain many times.
I have emailed Quick lens but no help at all.
I spent a lot of money for this and I was really worried that I would not receive.
It’s good to buy on internet but made me wonder I should keep buy from them.
I wish you care your customers not just receive money and don’t care shipping.
