order not completed over 8 weeks so far
I ordered in April and still do not have my contacts. It usually takes 6 weeks but not this time.
I have ordered from a different supplier without Quick in their name and they delivered in 2 weeks.
So still waiting for this order to be completed. I will keep ordering from you guys in the future.

Normally good, except when they arn't....
I have been using Quicklens for many years with no issue, however my most recent purchase has been disappointing.
My toric lens order (normally takes about 4-5 weeks) - I am still waiting for it and we are at 9 weeks waiting now. I have emailed several times and have got an apology email saying it wont arrive for another month (this has happened twice), but no attempt to give any compensation or anything (a discount code for next time? Anything!!?)
So here I am, at 9 weeks waiting... and they said it will still be another few weeks away 😥

Fortunately, we confirmed that the rest of your order was dispatched on 19/06/2025, and you will receive a Dispatch Information email by the end of 20/06/2025.

Good deal and correct product
The products are correct from the order, and the price is reasonable comparison with other sellers. Unfortunately, it takes long days for the shipping to be arrived, though the lens is very common which can be found from other sellers online and in shopping malls.

You no longer stock fortnightly…
You no longer stock fortnightly bi-focals and this was a problem. THen got the next best thing and it doesn't have a proper description of how strong the 'progressive' part of the lens is, I went for 'medium' and it was far too strong and I haven't been able to wear them. Medium would be 1.5 not 2.5!
So unfortunately a waste of money.

Poor quality lens
I ordered the same brand of contacts I've been using for years and have made no changes to my routine for wearing, cleaning and storing my lens but this batch of lens have caused me a lot of issues. I'm getting about a week rather than a fortnight out of them and have had lots of issues with the lens splitting or causing irritation despite proper care and hygiene. I switched back to using my last set of lenses I had from a prior order and didn't have problems so the issue is with the lens not my eyes or environment etc. I've tried the second box as I ordered a few in the same order and its just as bad. Very disappointing. Won't be ordering from here again.

All contact lenses are made under very strict guidelines however,
sometimes in the manufacturing process defective lenses can occur

My order was delayed and has only fulfilled partially.
Placed an order for four boxes, one got delivered after six weeks.
No communications with respect to the delivery of outstanding three boxes.

We have already dispatched 1 box and our distribution centre are expecting to receive the rest of your order (1 box of MYDAY MULTIFOCAL) from the supplier between the 15th and 20th of May as we informed you by email on 08/05/2025. If you can't wait any longer and would like to cancel this item, please kindly let us know by email. We will organise to refund for the item.

Quicklens Good but not that Quick
Ordering process good. Price too expensive of course. However delivery was 10 days which is not quick and "quick" is in the name. Everything was great otherwise.
