Did not expect to receive them as fast as they did, delivery service has improved from my previous experience. Got some free samples also.

Good price
Contacts were good (my usual brand) and a better price than I could find them elsewhere. Ships from Singapore so takes a week or two to arrive but not an issue with some advance planning.

Great company and product
I've used this company since 2009 and they have been consistently great. Good quality product, great price and quick delivery. I'd happily recommend Quicklens to anyone looking for affordable, quality contact lenses.

Rude customer service and long delivery time
It took nearly a month to arrive, customer service was rude and unhelpful when called and had to repeatedly email before I got a reply,
NZ post was fantastic the company itself was dissatifactry

Extreme delay left me without contacts for 2 Months. I had to chase my order twice. Poor.

Unfortunately, our distribution centre could not receive your order items sooner, and it did take a lot longer to dispatch your order than usual.

The delivery timeframe was certainly not quick and I don’t recommend this business. I placed an order just after Xmas last year and I received the package 4 weeks after. When I chased my order one week after, I received an out of office notification, I requested to cancel as I would place an order via an alternate provider. They didn’t respond and charged me in full. Don’t recommend.

As we announced on our website, we were closed from the date you placed your order (December 27) to January 5, and your order was dispatched on the first day of business in the new year. The delivery was also prompt and took 10 days, which we believe is within the expected timeframe.
