Quoc need to interact with customers
Ordering was simple. The shoe size was a little small and the toe box cramped my toes. I guess these issues could have been overcome.
I did send a question by email however I got no response. The returns process worked and I was refunded promptly.
For me, I can't recommend Quoc because there isn't any way to interact with the company.
Update, 4 Feb. Quoc have since contacted me and have made up for the inconvenience. The person was polite and professional. Hopefully, Quoc will eventually manufacturer wider fitting shoes. Thanks Quoc.

Want to chime in on anyone who is wanting to purchase this shoe! Looks great and the quality to customer service stand to match as well. I had a recent spill which damaged my left dial causing the internals to not preform as normal, went to purchase the replacements they have on site and days later I have Alice from QUOC contacting me with news that my shoes were still under a warranty and not only would a refund be sent but a replacement dial kit for free. Great stuff!

My delivery didn't occur on 31st of December. My item had probably been lost by FedEx.
They sent me another item by DHL and it worked out fine., one day in advance.
Quoc is very reactive and reliable.
My item ( a pair of socks) is of high quality. I'll probably order other pairs.

My first order was my fault I measured wrong and ordered a size too small but the exchange process was easy and simple. Once I got the right size, felt great on foot and comfy on long rides. They also look great, love them!

Broken Lace
There was no response to an email about repairing a broken lace that I had sent before buying the repair kit. The ratchet was fine. Then I had to buy the $30 kit and then pay $20 shipping, all for a broken lace. I live in Ohio, USA for context on the shipping fee. Why not hold stock where the shoes are sold?

Thank you for your feedback on this order and our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused.
We have since fully refunded your order inclusive of all shipping costs for these replacement dials in reflection of this approved warranty claim and extension of our service. Please allow 2-5 business days for this refund to show against the method of payment.
We can confirm we replied to your initial email via info@quoc.cc on 18/10/2024, requesting confirmation of your shipping address and further details to complete your warranty claim. Upon your initial email, your warranty claim was approved and we were awaiting confirmation of these details, we did not receive a reply from you hence our inaction. We can only apologise further for lack follow up by other means.
We are now looking to amend the shipping cost of items such as this which are stored within the US alongside the shoes. Unfortunately, the cost of insuring and shipping goods across multiple states within the US is incredibly varied and led to the implementation of a flat shipping fee for all goods, as we grow in the US we will see a more adaptable pricing structure for shipping to ensure fairness across the country.

Gran Tourer XC Black
I initially ordered a size too small. I followed the returns process and within a few days received the replacement pair. Brilliant customer service. The shoes themselves are fabulous, they come with a variety of arch supports so you are pretty much guaranteed to be able to get the right amount of support you need. Also included are replacement TPU spikes and the tool to fit them, as well as a bag to keep the shoes in when you aren’t wearing them. The shoes fit true to size and are so comfortable. I absolutely love them.

We have since arranged for a new shoe bag to be dispatched to you as soon as possible, this is currently being held in customs pending your verification. If you have any issues in regards to its clearance through customs please contact us.
The reason for its lack of inclusion in your initial order was that a shoe bag was not standard in older models of the shoe including this pair of black Mono IIs.
We will see the inclusion of shoe bags standardised for 2025 in those shoes which carry a higher price point. Including the current M3 Air and GTXC models.
