Good communication
Good communication, delivery and returns with quick refund. Jury out on the purchased shoes but relates to sizing and probably down to poor decision on my part.

Outstanding customer support
Outstanding customer support. Quick and fast delivery. They even helped me on a warranty. Literally got my part in four days after. Not to mention my new XCs are super stiff and even lighter and more comfortable than I thought they’d be.

Product was very good! However, FedEx delivery gave me so much trouble - with the pickup hence the minus two stars. Quoc should consider alternatives when it comes to delivery of their products.
Edit (30/10): once again super satisfied with the product! Quoc indeed issued a refund which was very cool move! Ready to order another pair for my girlfriend once the carrier issues have been resolved.

To improve the experience for our EU customers, we’ll also be opening an EU warehouse in 2025, which will streamline deliveries and reduce additional costs from shipping out of the UK. In the meantime, we’ve issued a refund for your duties, taxes, and shipping fees on your order as a gesture of our apologies.

weekend cycling sneaker
The weekend cycling sneaker is great and looks nice. But sometime my toes hurt when pedaling. I find the shoe a little stiff for a sneaker.
