Can’t take constructive criticism so you’ve no chance of getting a refund or replacement if one is needed. She/he is an amateur and really doesn’t have a clue how to make the cups professionally and doesn’t have any standard of hygiene. Blocks you the second you state an issue or question something. Not good for business and lacks any common sense. I would purchase else where for longevity and hygiene purposes.

My animals and myself have worms. She was not sanitary and careful. Her animals have worms and she’s passed it us via her boxes and not cleaning stuff.

No customer skills. The ways she talks to customers is awful. And has no concerns for allergies. Doesn't wash her hands and leaves cups on the floor.. cats lay down and walk over her work space and they have worms as she has said herself. Wipes her nose and sweat with her hands as she prepares the cups

Saw her live stream- decals on wonky not lined up
Ignoring customers who say they’ve not got orders , refusing refunds etc
Cats have worms on their fur near the cups
Never washed hands

My order arrived cracked?? Tried emailing and she told me I was a troll got blocked from the live.. my daughter loved the cup I am not a troll I had a GENUINE issue to report.. :(

I was thinking about ordering a cup off Rachel for my granddaughter however after seeing that she doesn’t seal the stoppers in cups that just have a decal on and these are called “kids cups” I changed my mind. Even if the cup hasn’t got the glitter snowglobe inside if you are advertising it as a kids cup it has to be sealed for safety reasons! A child can still remove the stopper and potentially choke which is a major health and safety issue! Would definitely not recommend these cups for anyone especially children! Rachel also needs to learn the basics in hygiene especially hand hygiene, you can’t continually use alcohol gel without in between handwashing with soap and water as after a few applications of alcohol gel it no longer is effective! People try and advise her however just seen as trolls and either muted or blocked in her lives! No way to run a business.

This review could not be more accurate I can happily be called a troll I can sleep at night knowing iv been honest m. I ordered a flask cup when she first opened up.im all for supporting small businesses im aware she has cats I’m not allergic and would give my cup a really good clean anyway so wasnt too cautious to be honest. My cup arrived on Saturday my husband took the order in when he bought it in to me I was disgusted the box was swollen with liquid and absolutely stink of cat urine was that bad the peanuts inside had discoloured and gone sticky the box was split in the corner as the box was soggy the cats had clearly used my parcel as a cat post as there was a lot of scratch marks in the cardboard.i can’t rate the cup as once I seen the soggy packing peanuts it went straight in the bin and how I know it was cat wee is because my dog who is spotless in my house cocked his leg on the box DIRTY VILE HUMAN NOT ANSWERS ANY EMAILS. New buyers need to be made aware before they experience what I did.not everyone who leaves a bad review is a troll like myself we wanted to support a small business I will be so wary now of new businesses that’s how angry I am. The money iv wasted could of gone on a cup from Asda

Received the cup on Saturday and had been packaged appallingly. The cup had somehow arrived scratched beyond use and the decals had already started peeling off. Found a few cat hairs inside and there was no straw. Having looked further into the lady I wish I had avoided purchasing. Extremely disappointed for what seemed a high price.

I've not bought from Rachel but watched her on her lives. She's rude, arrogant and unhygienic on all levels. She lets her cats wander all over the work area and around the cups. She has an email set up for complaints but never replies then instead she sings about cups being damaged thinking she's funny when it's unprofessional. Her cups are shocking hazard for young children which she cannot see. As a small business owner myself this really annoys me how she has got over a 100 orders in a week and I struggle on a monthly basis

I'm absolutely shocked how customers are being treated.we ask a genuine question she blocks you and then calls you a troll.
This is no way to run a buisness.
She is very deceitful.
Thank goodness I didn't get to order as iv found out the how unprofessional this person is.

0⭐️ is more appropriate but you can't go any lower on a review. However, I will say unless you want a mockery made of you on a public platform, and being labelled a troll by Rachel for ordering from her then i would shop here. Otherwise avoid, majority of the time she will take orders and spend the money before shipping out, meaning she then refuses a refund to you (unreasonable grounds apparently) because your cup is not damaged according to her. To be honest if you've got this far on the review just watch her videos via YouTube, Google, Discord and Tiktok to find out more information anyway

Very unhygienic. My cup was tacky when it came and bubbles still in there before sealing. I watched her live making it and her cat was all over the table, she kept wiping her head with her hands because she was too hot whilst making my cup. I wanted to cancel but has no cancellation policy in place. I binned it, waste of money. Disappointed as I wanted to give her the benefit of doubt but can’t.

Ordered a cup from this lady thinking it was a genuine buisness…I was wrong…when trying to customise my cup on the live the glitter colours I wanted were completely ignored and instead the viewers picked! I didn’t mind the colours too much so thought it’d be okay but became more concerned when Rachel started making sexual jokes and wiping her face and then touching my cup, extremely unprofessional! I recieved my cup a week late and it only gets worse…there was cat hair stuck to the cup as well as finger prints, I know the cup can be washed but it’s absolutely disgusting for someone claiming to be a legit business to sell a dirty cup I could buy a second hand cup and it’ll be in better condition than this. Tried to send an email but I’ve been ignored and I’m now blocked from her lives. Really unhappy, her customer service skills are non existent.

My order arrived late. With a crack in the cup, which was letting the liquid seep out. Emailed Rachel, like she states in her live, waited 5 days heard nothing back. Since been blocked. Reported to trading standards.

This isn’t a hate post as customers have to make their own mind up.my experience was I came across this lady on my home page felt very bad after her sharing her childhood trauma.i thought ok give her a chance as we all make mistakes.i ordered 2 cups one for my autistic son which was not a snow globe as he smashes things the cup had deep scratches on it which you could tell had been hidden by the decal there was no straw my second one was a snow globe which had overlapped decal and was not sealed to the edge which had caused a crease inside the cup there was a post it note which had what looked like blood or sauce on it iv tried to email her no reply have the proof so going to take it higher they are both in the bin where they belong

Her cups are amazing, you get the customise them to your own colours and pick every part of the design process yourself! She’s doing amazing but unfortunately people get very jealous of successful people so there are a lot of malicious reviews being left from people who aren’t even customers!!!

I have ordered multiple different cups for the girl and me and my children are enjoyed watching our cups be made on live so we got to pick all the details for our cups! Amazing quality cups that will last a life time.

All came packaged amazingly, bubble wrapped boxed and more packing inside every time for safe delivery. 10/10, highly recommended. They would make great gifts or a nice treat for yourself, who doesn’t love a new cup :) one of a kind designs so your unique cup stands out, I always get compliments at the office and the kids say their friends have asks their parents if they can get their own cups made

Rachel was really friendly and professional when dealing with a customer I love that she has a laugh and joke as well on her lives, I received my ordered very quickly and was so pleased with it

I didnt want to give any stars. Horrible person, speaks like shes above everyone. Rude, inappropriate talk, well below basic hygiene standards. She was sat on the floor packing cups and her feet were actually black. I know everyone washes cups etc before use but her cats have worms and are all over her desk and packing boxes! If you have had a cup from this horrible person please burn the packing and disinfect everything, I would also advise you treat yourself/family/ and pets for worms.
She has zero customer service skills. I simply dont have the words to describe how horrendous she is. Stay clear.
