The customer service from Raffaly was excellent. Can't fault it. My issues were resolved in less than 24hrs and my raffle was a great success. We will definitely be using them again.

That said, I want to reassure you that our raffle process is entirely fair and transparent. Winners are chosen at random, and even we don’t know who’s selected until the draw takes place.

This was a great way to run a raffle. Buying tickets was really easy and the process of being notified about prizes, and claiming them, was really straightforward. I hope more organisations pick up on this.
