5 star experience from raffle master…
5 star experience from raffle master once again this is the second time I have won in 3 weeks first time won a motorbike and 2nd time won a motorbike again but too rhe cash alternative and was paid to my account with no problems atall .thanks again and will defo be playing again 👏🙌👌

Very quick had the cash within minutes. Only point was the email that said to contact them to sort the prize but it was a no-reply email but i contacted them through the website and it was quick and easy.

Won’t trust anymore
Editing my review:
I had a good experience and paid quick. However I was asked for proof of card ownership after being paid as part of ‘verification’ which seemed off. I asked for them to confirm they’d deleted the photos after and they said data was handled securely but didn’t actually confirm. And now I’ve heard someone had their instant wins refused with no basis even though they provided card ownership proof and ID. Seems 50/50 if you’ll get paid out.

After leaving this update I’ve now had an email trying to sound formal and official, basically saying that I’m being investigated because if I know people that’s a problem. Waffling on about breaches but not actually ever stating what or why they think there’s an issue. Sends emails from different names and seems to think signing off as ‘Risk & Fraud’ which isn’t even a job title will scare people into accepting their unprofessionalism. Also acting like they’re above the law, breaking gdpr, breaching their own t&c’s but then had the audacity to try and unnerve me for literally existing. Trying to say I lost them money because I won like that’s not how their site works. Avoid avoid avoidddddddddddsd

The verification request you refer to formed part of our fraud prevention and security procedures and only requested the cardholder’s name and the last four digits of the payment card, with all other information covered. These checks are carried out to protect both our customers and Rafflemaster Competitions.
Rafflemaster conducts manual reviews where concerns arise regarding account activity, promotional usage, eligibility, or compliance with our Terms and Conditions. Such reviews are undertaken in accordance with Clauses 5.2, 5.6, 10.4 and 11.2 of our published Terms and Conditions.
Your review refers to information concerning another customer account and investigation. Rafflemaster has never disclosed information relating to other customer accounts or ongoing investigations publicly or to third parties. As such, your comments regarding matters that have not been made public have further strengthened concerns that were already identified during our internal review process.
Following a manual review, your account was permanently excluded from participating in Rafflemaster competitions in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, and those restrictions remain in place indefinitely.
For privacy, security and legal reasons, Rafflemaster does not discuss individual customer investigations publicly. However, we reject the suggestion that decisions are made “without basis.” All decisions are reached following manual review and in accordance with our published Terms and Conditions.
Rafflemaster remains committed to operating fair, secure and transparent competitions for all genuine customers.

Rafflemaster has been running for several years and, to date, has awarded over £1.8 million in prizes. All our reviews are from genuine customers. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to go onto our website, look at our winners, and match the names against the reviews left by those customers. Our PDF entry lists are published, we conduct our draws live using Google’s Random Number Generator, and we always call our winners live on the telephone.
