Stunning boots
Stunning boots, shape and fit is gorgeous. Received lots of compliments when wearing and are fairly comfortable to walk in. Material and thickness is as expected considering they are not real leather.

Order never arrived
Order never arrived. Customer care response is poor they have no proof the order was delivered to my door. only proof of it delivered to a wrong address. They have refused to give me a refund or claim.

I loved my first order ..was true to picture and of good quality but 2 items in my second order were not of so good quality - the straps were attached tackily to the sole and I could see this with streaks of glue and paint! Was absolutely disappointed as first item was perfect.
I love your shoe designs and that you've got lots of products to choose from..pls work on your quality improvement!

Terrible quality and pricey to return
Terrible quality and pricey to return. Not sure what happened to this company but they’ve really gone downhill since I last bought shoes from them. The boots I bought were not true to size and were the smallest size 8 I’ve ever bought from anywhere else. The quality was equally shocking as they they had thin leather that didn’t even keep the cold out and I could see my toes imprint from the outside. Lastly the return is paid by the customer of £2.50 which is ridiculous and the highest price I’ve paid for a return. Especially when they are online only and only way to see the shoe is to order. I guess they are desperate for every penny and all the burden is on the customer. Very poor from them.

Website was very glitchy
Website was very glitchy, although it showed the size 7 that I required was available it kept defaulting to size 3 so the wrong size was delivered. To try and reorder the correct size the same thing was happening, so I gave up and didn't reorder

Shoe Heaven
I can always count on finding shoes for any occasion that are a bit of me! Bought a pair of the gorgeous Amantha heeled mules in black. Would have bought other colours if they'd had my size. Really spoilt for choice with Raid every time. My trusty go to shoe people. Love you.

Waste of money and terrible service
Shoes arrived on time and were lovely. Got a 2 hour wear in them before the heel broke off, had to walk with one heel to get home and then that broke too! Threw them away as irreparable and horrible quality. Asked for a refund and they wanted me to return the shoes ( had already thrown away) appreciate this is the normal refund route however I showed pictures of the broken shoes and that I had thrown them and if this can be considered as an exception because I wouldn’t be returning them in normal condition here. They refused despite the circumstances. Not even a gesture of goodwill for a first time customer. £50 loss and no shoes. Terrible service to say the least

Hi Kenza, sorry to see a 1 star review. As you have already mentioned, we require all faulty items back before we issue refunds. This is not because we are being difficult, it's because we need to assess the reasons why a product would fail like this, without returning them we are unable to do this.
You would not be able to obtain a refund from a physical store if you did not have the product to return, despite the condition it was is, and this would be the same reason for us.
Without returning a product we are unable to offer a refund, I am sorry that you feel this is terrible service, however this would be the situation for any brand.

Amazing! Shoes were exactly like pictured and not only that but I literally ordered at 10am and the next day they were here at 4pm baring in mind I put normal delivery! Cannot recommended enough

Poor service
I ordered a pair of shoes in a size 3, they arrived and were a size 8. I returned them the next day and they will not refund me the delivery charge or the return charge as they said I ordered them incorrectly, when I did not. I wanted them in a size 3.
I would never order from them again.

Therefore, as the paperwork, the emails and the product you received were the products (or sizes) you added to your cart.
