Love Them
Love them. I bought some heels for going out for my birthday. They came in good time. Really comfy for heels and good for wide feet. I also don’t normally wear heels. This is my second purchase from Raid and I have problematic feet and they are great, can’t recommend enough.

Ordered on 22 Mar from Germany and received the shoes on 23 Mar. Fastest delivery service I’ve ever experienced so far. After being disappointed by a pair of shoes from Shein, the long boots are unbelievably gorgeous. Very sturdy and also comfortable when walking. Will purchase more when they are on sale :))

Fast delivery
Fast delivery. The order arrived the previous day which was 28th but I wasn’t home so it was left at my neighbour’s house and after I got it from them exactly what was ordered was what I got. Thank you Raid❤️

Quality is awful
I like the shoes I purchased but the quality is really poor, feels very plasticity, I can see the glue in the edges, I will be shocked if the shoes actually last, I would never pay full price. I am nervous wearing them out if I’m honest.

The worst customer service
The worst customer service. Returned item to them a month ago, sent them proof and have been going back and forth with them via email. They’re refusing to refund my money and I’m having to go through other channels to get it back. Terrible service and a joke of a company.
Update: Money was very quickly refunded about 30 minutes after submitting this review. I should have written it 3 weeks ago..

Hi, sad to see a 1 star review. Having looked in to the situation I can see that you had an issue with returning and item via the InPost service which is now solved. Obviously we do our best to provide exceptional customer service, and for the best part we do this for services that we control, however, third-party services such as delivery and returns are outsourced.
On this occasion it appears that InPost messed up the returns process and this caused a delay in both us receiting your return and for us to issue the refund, as we had to resolve the issue before we could refund.
Sometimes these issues can take a little longer than we would like and on this occasion it appears this was the case.

Sturdy and surprisingly comfortable

And I have 3 more in my basket! Very sturdy stilettos with beautiful designs, pretty comfortable even for a novice high heel wearer! I contacted the company regarding delivery. They were quick to get back to me and to follow up with their delivery service to determine when I should expect delivery in Canada. Fast, efficient and friendly service.

Boots faulty
Boots were delivered promptly but unfortunately they were faulty. Returned via royal mail which means i will have 2.99 deducted from my refund that i havent received yet
So now i am not getting a refund for my boots as I returned them in the box but used tape on it. So that means they are not able to resell them as they cant use the box. BUT THEY ARE FAULTY SO ARE THEY GOING TO RESELL FAULTY GOODS TO SOMEONE ELSE? So basically they have £40 they are not going to refund me because I returned a faulty product in an already damaged box. That sounds like robbery to me!! Never have I ever been mistreated like this. Please everyone be careful if buying from this company. I wouldnt want how they treated me to happen to anyone else

Poor customer service
Bought boots from the website in the sale. I paid £ 6.99 express delivery which arrived in good time. The problem came returning the boots via an inpost locker. It took myself having to contact Raid to ask where my refund was and asked to provide evidence of returning . Then took days to receive a refund, which took more funds off for postage - poor information from Raid and communication takes far too long I wouldn't buy again due to the service

Hi Claire, sad to see a 3 star review as with any return, we only know you have returned something when we have received it and processed it, which can take up to 14 working days from when we receive this. If you return something via Royal Mail or InPost and we don't receive it, or there is no identifying documentation on the return to identify you as a customer, then we are unable to process any refund as we don't know about the return, or who to refund.
If you can email our customer service team at cs@raidlondon.com then they will be able to assist further regarding this matter.
