I must say RAID did exceptionally well. It was my first time ordering and the delivery time was literally no more then 2 days which I thought was surprisingly early 😊
As for the heels - really nice heels and they look exactly as the pics. These shoes are definitely giving me rich vibes. Really good quality. You will not be disappointed. Fits to size.

Phantom parcel
After waiting outside my closed workplace for almost 2 hours for my boots to turn up, I was notified by Evri that delivery was attempted and unsuccessful. I am appalled and shocked at this outright lie, as I positioned myself directly outside the front door of the store to receive the parcel, and hadn’t moved an inch since 6pm. I have never had such a problem obtaining goods I have paid for, and cannot believe the audacity of the courier in their approach of “if I cannot find it I will just pretend I tried to deliver” or “I cannot be bothered to drive and find parking in Covent Garden on a Friday night”!?, which I am assuming is what happened. Whichever reason behind the lack of care and outright lies, I am understandably angered and shocked that I saw many positive reviews for raid shoes, when I have had an awful experience with my first time shopping with you.
I’m not sure what the future holds for me and these boots that I was so looking forward to wearing. I have gone out of my way to avoid not having them and receiving a refund, and I will be interested to know if these boots would ever make an appearance. Unfortunately, I have a very bad taste in my mouth regarding this shopping experience, and am now in a position where half of me still wants them, and half of me is desperate for a refund immediately.
I am now on my way home after a very long day at work, as well as a long pointless wait on what has become a cold evening.

Hi Jessica, its sad to see a 1 start review as we do our utmost to ensure all of our customers are happy, we deliver an excellent service and the partners we use also play their part to ensure customer satisfaction.
Obviously, we do not deliver customer orders ourselves and we rely on third parties for this and on this occasion it seem they have let you down and this looks bad on us, as the vast majority of deliveries they go ahead without issue.
I don't have any other information relating to the failed delivery, however I can see that a successful delivery was made the day after at 17:47pm.
If you're unhappy with your purchase you still have the opportunity to return them for a refund if you still remain unhappy, however, we hope that you will give us another chance in the future to demonstrate the service that the majority of our customer receive and hence our 4*+ ratings on TrustPilot.

Shoes are lovely however didn’t get my discount at final checkout contacted customer service took 5 days to reply but they did sort it out in the end thank you customer service needs to be better x

This is the first order I placed with…
This is the first order I placed with Raid and unfortunately I’m wasn’t happy with it. The left pair was sent to me with a scuff mark or something like that on the inside cushion bit of the sandal. I contact raid and was told to return this for replacement or refund.
I returned this yesterday and I wish for a refund.
I had an awful lot of online orders sent to be damaged/etc so can’t be bothered with returning and reordering.
I wish they would check before posting stuff.

Obviously, we check all items prior to shipment, however, one very rare occasions we may sometimes miss something, which looks to be the case on this occasion - and we're sorry for that.
Your order will be refunded in full, including delivery charges as this issue was not your fault and we're human! Sorry again, once we have received them back a refund will be processed.

Terrible shoes (slider/wedge) so heavy that the hurt my feet to walk but will cost £2.95 each pair to send back when they were only £13.99 each. Very disappointed.

Just so you know, it's not £2.95 to return each pair, we charge a discounted fee of £2.49 for each return (unlimited pairs in each return), this is to cover the ever increasing costs of distribution as it costs us to both deliver in the first place and to cover the returns cost.
We do our best to ensure product quality and to ensure our customers are happy, sadly it seems we have failed on this occasion and we're sorry for that.
You always have 28 days after delivery to return your items back to us for a refund if things are not working out for yourself.
