They are very professional and efficient. We used them to move to Hungary from the US. They are great would not consider using anyone else! They make it look so easy and it just seems to make the whole experience as stress free as possible!

I contacted Rainier Overseas Movers Inc after a friend referred them to me. Don promptly got in touch and helped us plan our overseas move. We moved during the harrowing covid months in 2020 when international air tickets were far and few in-between. But the minute we were booked on a flight, we let Don know. He was able to get us sorted in a less than a week.

He took care of everything for us. We did not have to worry about a thing. His team packed our apartment within five hours - including TV and some furniture. This allowed us to focus on other things. It was such a relief to have their help. They were superbly professional, well-mannered and respectful of our items. They always checked with us if they were unsure of how to handle things. Major kudos to this team!

Even after everything was shipped, Don remained in touch to let us now how things were going and where our items were. As predicted, our possessions arrived to the other end of the World three months after we left. The partner-team handling our things on this end was respectful and professional. Not a single item was missing or damaged. Everything was in good shape.

We moved our household goods from Oregon to New Zealand in August 2020. Don was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Great communication - explained the process thoroughly, responded quickly to emails and phone calls, etc- which was essential with such a major move in a stressful time. We were so happy with his help and the companies he chose for each step of the way that we used Don and Rainier with a second, unexpected shipment about 5 months later in January 2021. Again, easy from start to finish. I highly recommend using them for an international move. They are awesome.

We had heard we’d be in good hands with them, from multiple sources, and with all their friendliness and helpfulness, we knew we’d chosen wisely right from the get go.

I’ve done three overseas moves with Rainier, and I wouldn’t pick anyone else. The most impressive part of the company is the relationships they have built with the best local movers and shipping managers. Everyone is on the ball, courteous, and just overall excellent. Nobody better, in my book.

I found Rainier Overseas Movers Inc to be professional and easy to work with. All my enquiries were answered promptly and clearly. Their pricing was reasonable. All my furniture and belongings arrived without any breakages.

I had made plans to work and study abroad before the Coronavirus Pandemic was declared. When it was time to pack up my apartment in Los Angeles and travel to Israel in February 2020, it was already clear that major disruptions could affect my relocation and I wanted a very reputable and experienced company. I read multiple reviews and finally decided on Rainier Overseas Movers.

Mark Lawson worked with me to estimated my shipping costs and arrange pickup, storage, transport and customs clearance. I left the United States shortly before the pandemic was declared, but my shipment was still in the United States. No one had experienced a pandemic move before, but Mark and Rainer were still able to load my shipment onto a container ship in the middle of the pandemic.

Despite being hit by the greatest disaster in our lifetime, Rainier was able to meet both their time and cost estimates to ship my items overseas. The process of packing, storing, shipping, customs clearance, and unpacking far exceeded my expectations for normal times, let alone what were comparable to war time conditions. I highly recommend Rainier Overseas Movers. If they can do such a great job when blindsided by a 100 year pandemic, I am sure they will do a great job in less challenging conditions.

Rainier coordinated a complicated small move with tight deadlines across a tough border and hit every nail square on the head. Chuck was amazingly helpful in getting us to understand the choices and challenges and then overcame every difficulty along the way to a perfectly-timed white glove delivery. They clearly have the right partners and contacts to make things happen. We do need another cross-border move soon and we will use Rainier again.

I can not say enough about what a great experience it was to work with Chuck Crosslin from Rainier overseas movers. We imported our car into the US during Covid . I contacted Chuck after months of failed attempts to export from the Middle East. Chuck got the job done and in record time!

Broke our stuff and overcharged us.
Our stuff fell off the truck, the last movers showed us pictures, and Chuck laughed it off and said we did not buy the insurance. It was gross negligence on their part. Also was over charged after they said they were not ready to deliver our furniture. Added 500. Wow, highly recommend using anyone but Raineir! You definitely want to go with someone that won't brake your things and overcharge you with the hidden fees.

Overall it was a good experience. Our items were packed and stored for two months and then shipped overseas. It arrived a day earlier than expected. All the paperwork was handled by the movers, which was nice. All of our fragile glassware and paintings arrived in tact but a few pieces of antique furniture suffered minor damage and one leg on one of the dining room chairs broke off.

This company was excellent, I had a great experience, completely stress free. I cannot recommend them enough. Quick communication, really caring, warm, friendly, thorough. Our furniture arrived on time and intact.

His attention to detail, calm demeanor, availability and all around knowledge regarding our case was just wonderful. It was always a pleasure to communicate with him.
Don apparently has over 30 years in international moving and boy does it show. We had to process our move from the USA to the UK just one week prior to the Covid-19 outbreak, needless to say a little added stress to our situation. Don was such a calming influence and informative presence as things progressed. Our eventual destination was a rather remote one in Scotland and everything arrived without any issues at all.

I can say enough about the great move I had with Rainier Overseas! We have moved many times over the years and this was by far the smoothest and easiest of all of them. My Sales guy Don Arroyo was available from beginning to end and kept me well informed throughout. The load packing and loading crew did an excellent job and the same at delivery. We had heard horror stories about moves overseas going poorly, people getting over charged and ending up with big bills at the end, I can say that this was certainly not our experience. I will recommend them to any of my friends who might be moving.
