Fast repair late on Saturday afternoon - nice guy, professional paperwork / payment facilities etc . Had to wait for screen to be ordered but nobody can carry all spares for all phones . Wouldn't both... Voir plus

Ralakde great service. I paid what I was quoted for replacement iPhone screen, parts ordered and arrived next day, fixed same day. Open after 5.00pm, so really handy for after work. Used Ralakde before, will use them again 👍🏻

good and bad issues.........
My wife's Huawei P9 had a screen replacement with Ralakde a few months back and the service was top - notch, after waiting for the screen to arrive for a few days, the fitment was whilst I waited in the evening as well due to the very good opening times - very happy.
Forward a few months to my own HTC m8s - had an issue with it getting so hot under load (mainly when the satnav was being used) that you could barely touch it's metal backed self, Ralakde did a diagnostic, found the battery to be a fault, waited three days with no phone for it's replacement - phone back - now even worse!, overheating now just with streaming a few videos off Facebook!.
Have contacted Ralakde and they have agreed to have my HTC back so they can have another look at it, will have to wait and see .........
