Am very happy with my purchase will continue to check out your products from now on.

We were going away for the weekend and ordered a week before. There was a public holiday in between and we were not sure if we would receive our fun pack. I contacted customer service and the delivery was changed to Express post no questions asked and no extra cost. We went away and had a great time using all of our new toys. Its great to see the customer put first.

Easy to order with, products here in no time. Will definetly be using Randy Fox again.

I ordered the Women's Special box. I was so excited when it came and I saw what was in it. I was then a bit disappointed that one item was not working. However after contacting the after sales service people they couldn't do enough to help rectify the situation and did everything they could to make me happy and fix the issue. Fantastic customer service, usually such service does not exsist today

Paypal is the safest way to pay online .
Remember that Paypal NEVER sends emails or trys to contact YOU ,, So remove email alerts to SPAM or BIN .
