Rapid Drains Avis

Went above & beyond to get us the help we needed today after being let down. So a big thankyou as it is much appreciated.

Sam came out the same day to try to resolve my blocked toilet. Although he identified a bigger problem requiring the Housing Management's involvement his service was friendly, supportive and understanding. I would definitely recommend him.

Due to having a blocked drain l called out a company to assess the problem. I was advised that ALL the pipes on my property needed replacing and this could be achieved by a lining process within the old pipes. The quote given was £1600+VAT.
I contacted Rapid Drains for another quote and survey. Sam from RD advised me that there was only an issue with some of the pipes not all. The quotation given by Sam was less than half of the first quote.
I found Sam to be honest and reliable. The work was carried out efficiently with any mess being cleared up. I would highly recommend this company.

Fantastic team, Jamie and Dan. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Solved our problem. Would highly recommend

Absolutely amazing service from the guys at Rapid Drains Ltd - couldn’t thank you enough for what you’ve done and the amount of respect you gave to my elderly grandad was just amazing. Thank you so much!

Good communication, diagnosis of the problem and accurate quoting. The job was done efficiently with minimal fuss. Drain problem was solved.

The workman who came was quick and efficient and even had a special camera they put inside the drain and shown me my drain pipes. After viewing the pipes after unblocking them with the camera I was told there was nothing wrong with my pipes and it was just a simple blockage. Ive never had a problem with my drain pipes in 10 years of living in my current residence. Will use again in future if problems arise 👍

I can thoroughly recommend this company for all the best reasons that I think of when selecting a company.
Straightforward about what can be done and the costs involved, no hidden extras, on time, nothing was too much trouble, quality work completed. Thank you so much.

Excellent service from this company, no fuss, were here within 4 hours and I was extremely impressed with them. Job done.
Would recommend them to anyone.

I called Rapid drains for a broken drain that kept backing up every month. I decided to go for a local company this time because the problem kept coming back. They cleared the blockage which was cheaper than dyno rod who we used before then after they cleared everything up they put a camera inside the drain and found the problem which was a pitch fibre pipe. They left me a quote to burst/round and then reline the pipe which goes under the garden wall, so I had them back to do the work and fingers crossed I have not had a problem since. They also came back to do the job on a Saturday for us so we could be there to sort everything out. Thanks again guys
