Wonderful service
I had an issue of not charging of my iphone .I contact to the customer service and they did a wonderful job by doing rapid repair . They picked my iphone from my home and resolve the problem within 24 hrs. Really loved the attitude they showed towards the problem of a customer.

I had a coupon for service that they…
I had a coupon for service that they honored with no issues. They didn’t raise the price from the price the coupon (like most shops do), told me up front what the total would be. After the work was completed the guy up from explained in full what was wrong with my car, and what they did. They did an overall Awesome job ! ! !

I would like to start with a positive…
I would like to start with a positive note. They are really good when you call or when they call you to give feedback about your iPhone/Ipad. But in my case they just ruined my phone at some extent that it was not able to start even. And while giving back my phone they said it's dead/or not turning on but at the time of giving the phone it was in much better condition. So if you want to get your back with working condition please go ahead but the possibility is that you may get the phone back with more problems and they will say that problem was already there. So don't' trust on them they are a cheater.
