In safe Hands
I ordered 2 identical Bikes in July .However i had to wait a couple of months for them to come back into stock .Once i got them and put them together I broke the key on one of them trying to release the battery. I contacted Rapid Scooter and with in a few days a full replacement lock with keys had arrived at my address. They where really helpful from the very start of me ordering these bikes in July right up to the replacement lock > I do hope i don't have to contact Rapid Scooter again with any other problems But if i do i know i will be dealing with a business who will do where upmost to solve whatever problem i have I would highly recommend anybody who is interested in purchasing a Bike or Scooter to contact ant talk to these people first No matter how far you live from there Business I live in North Wales and there are plenty of suppliers in my area But i chose this one after a short phone call

Very quick delivery
Very quick delivery. Bike is exactly as described and packaged very well to avoid damage. Rapis Scooter is £100 cheaper for this model than anywhere else I could find. I had a query about the bike after I ordered it. I rang them and they were extremely helpful.

I bought an electric scooter fr9m Rapid scooter , delivery was express so fast and secure , also I had difficulty to restore it ,I contact them they been very helpful and big support , now all sort it , big thanks to all the team and a huge thanks to the technician Fred for his help and giving me plenty time and advices to sort the Scooter, this tool will help me to go to work 👍

Ordered my new scooter in 2nd July 2025. Did this strictly on researching reviews and after sales etc at various other retailers. Found these guys to in my opinion be the most trusting. This was proven to me within a week. My delivery took 48hrs from purchase, but unfortunately my throttle broke on the vipcoo vs3. Sent a video and explanation to the customer service email. Fred messaged me back around a week later and did apologise that no one had been in touch sooner. I know how busy it is over the summer months. Sent details he needed over and he had me a new part sent out in just over a week. Good to know they honour their guarantees and their word. Would fully recommend and will definitely drop it off to the shop if ever needs anything doing and a check over.

They Don't Honour The Warranty!
They didn't honour the warranty and the scooter is less than 8 months old they tried to send me to another shop and pay for it when it's under warranty and also lied about the frame not being included when it clearly a year warranty and frame body everything has a year & thier is ABSOLUTELY NO DAMAGE TO THE DECK PERIOD NO MATTER WHAT THEY TRY TO SAY I CAN PROVIDE PHOTOS TO PROVE THIS BUT THEY WILL TRY TO HAGGLE YOU AND MAKE YOU PAY FOR A SERVICE! I NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM WITH DOCTOR SCOOTER WHO WHEN MY OLD SCOOTER STEM BROKE UNDER WARRANTY THEY REPAIRED IT ! AS THEY SHOULD!

We’re truly sorry we could not meet your expectations on this occasion.
We always honour valid warranty claims, but in this case the scooter showed clear signs of accidental damage. the aluminium stem was snapped and the right side of deck was bruised and scratched. Such damages are not caused by a manufacturing fault and therefore isn’t covered under warranty.
We appreciate you insisted all the damages to be repaired for you free of charge but unfortunately we were unable to offer an exception on this occasion.
We did offer discounted repair options, including replacing the broken components, and when you requested same-day repair we suggested local shops that could weld the stem for a quicker turnaround.

WOW!! UNBELIVABLE.
MY scooter went from being immobile to mobile. A MIRACLE performed by the one and only... RAPID SCOOTER MASTER. They really did up my scooter along with FREE yes you heard that - FREE add ons, like new handlebars and a stunning cleaning job, which made it look like new. would really recommend their shop.
