Unreliable- Expensive for a cheap and terrible experience

Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience with StayRaus GmbH.
I booked a 4-night stay (approx. €850) as a special gift, but was forced to leave after just 2 nights due to multiple serious issues.
The shower was not functioning properly and caused flooding throughout the cabin (see attached photos). It was impossible to take a normal shower without water spreading across the entire floor. Despite reporting this, the issue was not resolved.
A cleaning service was scheduled and confirmed but never showed up. At the same time, neighboring cabins were serviced, which made the situation even more frustrating.
Additionally, the “included” breakfast was incomplete from the beginning (missing basic items like milk and yogurt) and clearly insufficient for the duration booked.
Customer service acknowledged these problems and promised a refund for the unused nights and breakfast. However, this refund has still not been processed, even though the promised timeframe has already passed. Communication has been slow, inconsistent, and unreliable.
On top of all of this, they also failed to refund the unused nights within the promised timeframe, and ultimately did not compensate us in any way for the negative experience we had.
For a company positioning itself as a premium nature experience, this level of service is simply unacceptable.
Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to reconsider booking. What is advertised does not match the reality, and the lack of follow-through afterwards makes the situation even worse.
