Positive experience

Ordered an Airscape storage container. It arrived the next day, free postage & half the cheapest price on Amazon. Can't argue with that !

Very Good

Very quick delivery, had no issues with the beans. Tried the signature no1 blend and it’s really nice, look forward to trying different blends

Great coffee!

I received my first order yesterday, very impressed with the Signature Blend Nº1, whole bean. Swift next day tracked delivery service too.

Also really like the guide and info sent (and the sticker!) I am looking forward to trying other blends!

I can't Rave enough 😉 about how happy I am with the service.

I purchased a picopresso coffee machine which over time had an issue, from start to finish the return and replacement has been a breeze. Rave Coffee arranged collection or offered to reimburse if I posted the item back, once received a replacement was posted the same day.

I would 100% recommend and will be using them again. This is how customer service and aftercare should be, keep up the good work 👌🏻☕

Bad grind, bad complaint resolution

Espresso grind in our first batch was so fine it was unusable. Sage Bambino couldn’t get more than a few drops (same machine customer service said they use when writing instructions). Took it into work to use the big machine and got the same result. Refused refund because they couldn’t be sure it was the coffee and not our machine. Not sure how we’d be expected to prove that, so I guess the message is: if you get a bad batch, tough luck! Nothing we can do except toss it in the bin where it belongs. Our first purchase with Rave and needless to say also our last.

Excellent coffee

Excellent coffee! I bought the whole bean coffee bundle and all of them make a great cup of coffee. Roasted to order and next day delivery, I would definitely purchase again.

I have tried many brands but found most were bitter so searched and found Rave, try, "Signature Blend Nº 1 - Small (250g) / Whole Bean" it has a mellow chocolaty flavour and it is what I now use every day. Good work Rave.

I've been using Rave for a good while…

I've been using Rave for a good while now (nearly 2 years) and I've recommended Rave to a good number of friends. I've never needed to contact Customer Service until the end of last week when the packaging for my order was damaged in transit and an item was missing - I sent over the pictures and packaging and they swiftly replaced the item. Sadly, the replacement was delivered while I was away and with poor signal so couldn't reschedule the delivery and the postie put it in the wheelie bin which our neighbour took out for us without thinking to check (I couldn't ask them to check either as I had no signal and no way to see that it had been left in there until I had signal again...) I've contacted Rave again, shared the information and pictures I have and they've sent ANOTHER replacement. I realise they'll be able to claim for both packages but still - no messing around having to chase it, just plain and simple 'sorry this has happened again, let's fix it!'

It doesn’t get better than this!

I found Rave at the beginning of the year and I have been absolutely loving it! There are so many different coffees to choose from (fudge blend in a flat white is a go to for me) and everything I’ve tried so far from their rare range has been so good, it’s really levelled up my daily black filter coffee game.

Do not buy!

For years, Rave Coffee was my go-to for that perfect morning cup. Even Andrea, my discerning feline companion, would perk up at the sound of the grinder.

But lately, things have gone stale (pun intended!). Last week, I ordered a birthday coffee bundle for my daughter. Not only was it late, but the coffee itself? Let's just say Andrea wouldn't even sniff it.

Is this the new Rave Coffee? Because frankly, it's a major let down. We deserve better, Rave! Fresh beans, on-time deliveries - the basics! Otherwise, there are plenty of other roasters who appreciate both humans and cats who enjoy a good cup of joe.

Great coffee ,staff behaviour issues

I have been going to Rave's for some time now as my weekly treat. Lately my visits there haven't been so enjoyable I regret to say.
One of Rave's staff members who I believe to be a warehouse person maybe under the name of Arley? His behaviour to the women barista's is appalling, behind the counter flirting and touching them and his obnoxious laugh is so disturbing, it seems very innapropriate behaviour.
Rave needs to sort this out before they start loosing customers!!

VERY EXPENSIVE DRINKING CHOCOLATE

The Aeropress part I ordered arrived OK so good.
However, the drinking chocolate is not good. It's full of extra ingredients (I couldn't find an ingredients list on the site to check before I ordered) and needs a lot more than the suggested 35g to make it taste chocolatey so is very expensive.
I was also horrified at the amount of wasted paper advertising this company in my parcel. Especially the ridiculous plastic sticker. Stop doing this! The world is already full of rubbish.
I will not be using you again.
Over hyped hipster rubbish.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. Coffee wasn’t as I expected but the error wasn’t Rave’s mistake, so the fact it was sorted so quickly and they went above what I was expecting in order to ensure I was happy with the order was outstanding.

Coffee good. Pods hopeless

We’d used Rave pods for our Nespresso machine since 2021. The delivery was fine and the Colombian blend was decent coffee, but the issues with the pods finally madd us stop using them. The previous pod design was regularly troublesome - not perforating properly and very slow compared to Nespresso pods - so we ended up having to pre-puncture the tops with a skewer to guarantee we wouldn’t waste pods! However the pod design has recently been ‘improved’ and so they now regularly leak coffee from the fronts, stop working half way through the process or are just so tight a fit that opening and closing the mechanism is really difficult. Just too unreliable now - sorry!
