Not happy with the communication or service. Took 18 days to get first response, 9 days for second and they didn’t take responsibility for their problems.

Place an order with this Dutch Company ( NOT UK) I have not had an email confirming the order but the money has gone from my account. very disappointed with the customer feedback i have sent numerous emails with no response.

I would not recommend using these as the advertise themselves as a UK company but are in fact Dutch.

Sklep drogi, ale przygotowując się na tygodniowy wypad na ryby pan poświecił mi 50 minut telefonicznie za co bardzo dziękuje. Zamówienie łatwo, dostawa szybko ALE…
Chciałem zwrócić dwie plecionki i zaczął się dramat.
Zwrot na własny koszt, wypełnianie jakiegoś formularza RECZNIE :) ciężko znaleźć podpowiedzi odnośnie zwrotu, adres zwrotu, trzeba mieć paragon którego nie wysyłają mailem wiec musiałem przeszukać śmieci i już by się wszystko udało ale… poddałem się jak trzeba było zrobić zwrot do firmy Raven Polska do Holnadii. Hahaha

To nie te czasy na taki „sklep”. Zostawiłem podczas tych zakupow 700 zł i już niegdy więcej nic nie kupie pomimo bardzo rzetelnego doradztwa.

Whilst somewhat hesitant of using this company initially I have nothing but praise for their services. Items were at a very competitive price and shipping was extremely fast and economical, A rod from the Netherlands cost less to send than one from my own city...work that out !. The rod was well packed, exactly as listed and arrived safely and actually 24hrs earlier than anticipated (less than five days from payment inc. weekend, so three working days). A Rive seatbox spare part was despatched from stock that was totally unavailable in the UK and very hard to source in Europe. A highly recommended company IMO.

My experience was excellent so I can’t complain at all. Customer service support was great and swift delivery when you purchase with delivery direct which is highlighted in green. Best price I could find by far.
Was very hesitant after reading reviews but a lot of people complained about not being based in u.k but made absolutely no difference, actually delivered quicker than Angling Direct!!!

Absolutely rubbish advertises as a uk company with co.uk doesn’t send any info about your parcel and doesn’t arrive will not use again

Nie polecam! Chciałem zwrócić jeden z zamówionych produktów (słaba jakość). Pracownik sklepu ironicznym tonem oznajmił, że mogę,ale na własny koszt do Holandii. Słysząc moje zdziwienie dodał,że przed kupnem mogłem zapoznać się z regulaminem sklepu. Kontakt z klientem zerowy.

If you are based in the UK don't deal with them. The returns and customer service is dreadful.

I'm UK based, no issues at all with my purchase, great Comms and speedy delivery from the Netherlands, will use Raven again.

Do not use, they advertise item's they don't have in stock, and don't send on time. so if you want 1 item and order extra to make up the free postage, don't expect the item you originally wanted to arrive

This comoany is shocking don’t go any where near advertising as a uk company but is across Europe this is false advertising and I will be taking further steps don’t receive no emails regarding orders either why let a euaropen company advertise as a uk company !?

Really bad company, i specifically purchased from them because it was a co.uk website. After my item was supposed to be delivered and WAS NOT, I contacted them only to find out they are actually in the Netherlands NOT the UK. They told me the item i bought wasn't even in stock so they lied about the delivery date as they didn't even have any item to send so could not possibly give a delivery date!! These fast delivery dates are obviously just to get more customers so don't fall for this like i did. No item has ever arrived. I spent hundreds of pounds and nothing came. Great. Do not trust this company.

Been waiting 2 weeks for delivery…. Tried communicating with them through email, live chat ( doesn’t even work) and phone….. no response on any…. Complete shambles!!!

Placed an order with Raven.co.uk on the 20th May when I was advised Id get my purchase by 31st.#
OK, so on the 31st I get told it has now been dispatched, and i discover it is coming from the Netherlands. Contacted "customer support" who merely confirmed it had been dispatched, which did not attempt to apologise for being let down on the delivery time. UPS stated Id get it on the 8th , witha time slot given. I just got it.
Between them Raven and UPS are a waste of space. I will check in future as to whether so called companies really are UK based.
This has not been an enjoyable encounter with this company.

I bought beech chips for smoking.
Can't turn it on!
IMPOSSIBLE !!!
I put in the oven under the broiler for 5 minutes to dry.
Barely lit, it goes out !!!
A real sh.t!!!
Avoid at all costs.

Porażka. Zamówienie niezrealizowane, brak kontaktu ze sklepem, nie odpowiadają na maile ani nie odbierają telefonu. Po 2 m-cach dostałam zwrot pieniędzy. Zero wyjaśnienia, zero przepraszamy. Wygląda na to, że handlują towarem, którego nie mają, wprowadzajac klientów w błąd co do faktycznej dostępności i terminu realizacji,a gdy sprawa przeciąga się ponad miarę zwracają pieniądze bez słowa wyjaśnienia. Bardzo nieprofesjonalne podejście.
