Very disappointed with the packerging, and it is all frozen together. So you can't divide the meat up.

Great service everytime. My dogs are really fussy but they absolutely love this food. There coats are super shiney, and they’re full of energy. Highly recommend this business.

Great service and my dogs love the…
Great service and my dogs love the food! It’s only been a week but they transitioned straight from fresh, cooked food and they haven’t had any digestion issues.
A small recommendation- make sure the meat “slab” is folded in half evenly so it’s easier to establish the half way point

My three dogs all love this food
My three dogs all love this food. I think it's excellent quality and even using lickmats it's gone in seconds! The only reason I've given 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the packaging & delivery. It was delivered a day late & partially defrosted. Some of the boxes had leaked causing quite a mess & some of them were quite crushed. (Probably due to the courier) I've no problem decanting it to a container for the fridge, but it does stick to the cardboard & that ultimately makes it go in the bin as apposed to recycling which I prefer to do. I think recycled plastic tubs would help as you can at least rinse them out easily before putting them back for recycling. Overall though it's the food that's the star of the show

Really great, sustainable product experience
Really great product - a complete raw solution. I especially loved the cardboard packaging, much more sustainable than single use plastic, easy to store in the freezer and fridge for defrosting.
Feel really confident about the quality - traceability, local, high grade, % meat etc. If it's all true!

My experience has always been great
My experience has always been great. I have two chihuahuas so do not want huge quantities so like the 4 kg pick and mix boxes. And with free delivery. Just wish the Venison was an option for this box, realise it’s more expensive but would pay extra. Super quality raw dog food, texture good not sloppy and never smells. 5 stars from me

This was our first Raw food order and I mistakingly ordered the wrong puppy food. Team Rawgeous replied quickly to my sos and gave great advice adjusting our order quickly even though it was my mistake. The order arrived the very next day and our puppy devours it.
