The Rawgeous Pet Food Company Avis 

I cannot speak highly enough about Rawgeous... my dogs have been eating their food and treats for over six months and it has been a game-changer!! Five stars just aren't enough to describe my experience.

My 4 Dogs adore this food, but sadly its only afforable for us when we get any discounts with my 4 dog being giant breeds

First time ordering Rawgeous and wonderful speedy (and convenient) delivery. Had an issue with my order which was resolved quickly and efficiently. Will definitely be ordering again! Thanks so much! :)

Moose has eaten every meal since having Rawgeous. Website is easy to navigate and it is really simple to change a delivery date and order. We have just started receiving a subscription of the venison treats too which have gone down so well! Small treats perfect for training.

This food is amazing! My dogs love to eat it and have shown great interest in every flavour at every meal since we have purchased the first lot. I am very happy with the quality of the ingredients and believe they are getting everything they need within this!

The only downside is the packaging, and although it seems a small thing it is probably enough to put me off continuing with the brand going forwards. Cardboard in theory seems great and much more eco-friendly than the plastic I was previously using. However, I find not all of the food comes out and often sticks to the box. It has to be the right level of defrosted/storage to minimise these issues. As a result of raw food often left on the boxes I find I am not recycling but throwing these, defeating the purpose of them being more environmentally friendly.

Easy to change delivery. Questions are always answered in a timely manner. Friendly ran business.

Really enjoyed using your service and my dog liked the beef and salmon recipes in particular. Like the concept and business values. Found that you were sending out too many emails around the orders though.

Dog loves it and has stopped eating grass and shaking his head. Seems healthier and happier!

Easy to use site. Brilliant range of complete raw food. Very reasonably priced. I do wish they'd increase the sausage range and have a separate sausage pick n mix. It's either a full mix or one type. I feel a larger range and choice would be better and allow the advised protein rotations while skipping ones your dog doesn't do well on. Raw mince pick n mix is a great range. Please do the same to cater better to small dogs that thrive on variety. Two of the flavours in my mixed box were out of stock so that was 16 packs of two flavours. No prior notice until it was packed. If I'd known prior I'd have reduced my box size and been able to substitute from our previous supplier. But the dog freezer is now full.
I love the breakdown of ingredients to avoid problematic proteins often hidden elsewhere.
Order arrived still frozen and no issues with delivery.
Some improvements and tweaks needed but I feel they will get there.
The food seems very good quality and my dog is enjoying.

We’re coming up to a year on Rawgeous after a rollercoaster ride of trying lots of different food types and brands, and Rawgeous was an absolute hit from day 1!
We have dances in the kitchen waiting for dinner time and the bowl/mat is licked clean every single time.

The dogs liked the food but although I first liked card packaging but then found food stuck to it!

What can I say there are so many things I love about this company.
1. My Staffy Shay loves the food
2. It actually looks really good quality
3. Any queries I have had, Eion has always responded quickly and always more than happy to help
4. The packaging is recyclable.
5. I am in the process of returning the wool insulation padding. It's great that the company encourage you to do so and not only is it very easy, but its free too!

High quality food has helped Luna get rid of her allergies to additives in other brands. 4 months in and she has stopped scratching and her 💩 are perfect!

Lorraine was so helpful and friendly she couldn't do enough for us nothing is too much trouble and she cares about us and our dog. The service is fantastic
