I had an issue with an order and Daphne and the rest of the Customer Service team resolved it immediately. The lamps are high quality, well built, and rival prominent furniture brands.
I wish I could give negative stars. I purchased the Sanna Floor Lamp. I placed the order on Nov 29 and received it Jan 9. I waited a long time. I was so excited to surprise my partner with this addition to our home. It came in two packages. There was shipment updates throughout the time period, which was great.
The product I received was extremely disappointing. It was not made of wood or bamboo, and the lampshade ring holder was missing. Do not order from this site. All of their product pictures are different, for the same item. My lamp is made of metal with joints spray painted, to make it "appear" like bamboo. It's an over priced knockoff.
Customer service will try to gaslight you. I asked for a refund but instead received long winded responses about how I assembled the product incorrectly. I mean, it's a lamp! But I did double check anyway and it wasn't there. Bad product, ok. But terrible support. Won't let me return it and hasn't offered to send the missing part either. Extremely frustrating.
The product received is a fake ripoff of the original one, while the website calls the lamp by the same name and provides the tech specs and documents of the original one. Arrived broken with one led not working and - incredible to say - all the led lamps in this badly copied chandelier are fixed - you cannot remove them and change them with a normal bulb, so that if a led breaks, you have to throw the whole $600 chandelier, not to consider the holes on the ceiling you had to make to mount the whole thing. Customer care is unresponsive, and the only thing they did was tell me to find an electrician to repair the missing led.

The chandelier works well, though I needed to pick up a few extra items from Home Depot for installation. I purchased the 12-light version, and the cost of the light bulbs exceeded that of the chandelier itself. While the 10-light model might have been sufficient, I'm pleased with the choice after seeing it installed. For smaller rooms, a smaller chandelier would also be a good fit.

I ordered a floor lamp from them and I regretted that I didn’t do my research first. I thought they will ship from California but instead they shipped from China and it took a while the first time. Then they told me it got lost so they send another one. By the time I received it’s one month later.
The lamp is fine. It however looks cheaper in person so i decided I want to return. I also thought it was missing one accessory which later was found. But I’ve already made up my mind because it didn’t go well with my room.
The return process is super painful. I emailed their CS told them i want to return. They however kept asking me to take photos of the lamp because they’re sure they pack everything. I had to repeat myself hundreds of times that I do not wish to keep the lamp because it simply didn’t work for me.
But this CS just ignored everything I said and insisted that because they packed everything therefore I should keep the lamp. They said if I want to return I have to pay the shipping which didn’t say in their return policy on the website. It clearly stated that if you’re eligible for a return (which I am because I contacted them right away so it’s still in the 30 day return window) they will bear all the cost and I will get 100% refund.
At this point they are still repeating the same words of how they shipped everything and not getting my point that I just don’t want the lamp anymore. Like have you not ever been a customer? You order something online and when you see it in person you don’t like it and want to return. What’s so hard to understand?
