After taking the course a couple of times - the content / format has become predictable and kids need a variety, more in-depth discussions regarding the books they are reading.

My experience was great because everyone was so nice and kind to me and everyone else. This company can teach kids what they want to teach in the time period while having fun and interacting in the class all at the same time!

Be aware: disrespectful/rude customer services. Poor quality classes. Kids dislike classes.

After first class kids reported poor quality so I called for a refund. The customer service supervisor refused to refund nor to answer whether or not she’s authorized. She kept saying “I’m not prepared to do it”. Then she stopped responding to the phone for 15+ minutes. When she overheard I was calling credit card company she came back to phone telling me she could do partial refund. I told her I do not want partial refund; I want full refund. She hung up on me. A few hours later partial refund was credited to my credit card account without my agreement regardless I told her I did not want partial but I want full refund. Not acceptable how disrespectful/rude their customer service was. Will work with my credit card company for full refund.

Your response further prove your company is worst service. The customer service supervisor refused to take my reason (classes are poor quality), told me that she was “not prepared to refund”, refused to answer me whether or not she was authorized, and stopped responding to my call for 15+ minutes. I told her I was going to record the call, share my experience on social medias, and call my credit card company. She still remained silent until she overheard my credit card company opened the claim, and she partial refunded me regardless I told her I don’t want partial refund; I want full refund. She hang up on me. Your company initially partial refunded. I shared my experience on social medias and BBB. Eventually your company proceeded full refund. Multiple negative BBB reviews of similar nature prove ReadingDevelopment.com failed to refund and poor quality. I’m ready to share my supportive materials. (Are you sure I didn’t mention to the customer service supervisor it’s kids’ second round?) And my kids did report poor quality the first round.

My daughter is no longer afraid of writing without mom's help or feedback. She's a 4th grader and, for the first time, she is reading beyond her grade level thanks to this program. She loves it so much that she wants to continue another season.

The teachers are so helpful and resources worth it. You will not be disappointed.

Highly recommend this program. The teachers our daughter has had are absolutely amazing at keeping everyone engaged and really fostering a classroom feeling even though the classes are over Zoom…it’s truly impressive. The lesson structure is always well-organized, efficient, and balances instruction with the kids developing independent skills. I also really appreciate the value the teachers put on reading…it’s not a chore, but a cool thing to do!! And that is infectious.

My 4year old improved his reading skills after using the this program and he is able to recognize the words he saw on the play game aiso he loves when the teacher is reading and asking questions.

As parent I really like the reading program and it was good decision to expose my child to such program. It was my first time I enrolled for my child. My daughter loved reading chapter books which was given during the program. The books are really interesting to read with more words and less pictures which my daughter was not used to before. But the story kept my child more enthusiastic to read. The vocabulary and writing activities challenged her. She have come through lot of new words. I am sure the lessons from the reading program will help her in the school. Thank You Teachers for your guidance :)

I am very happy with the reading program. My son’s school recommended it to us for the summer and I’m glad they did. The program was interactive and made learning fun for my son. We did the summer program for 6 weeks and now I want to keep going with the fall program. The teacher was great! She’s very good with children and just has a gift for this. The children loved her. She taught them in a way that was fun, encouraging, and supportive. I’ve already recommended the reading program to my friends. I highly recommend it!

Great program with interactive teachers. Was pleasantly surprised. Child learned multiple sight words and is using them on a daily basis as we read at home. I intend to continue to enroll my child each summer moving forward! Love that they offer personal instruction outside of class as well as a homework helpline. Great program and wonderful resource!

The teachers we worked with were great. They each had their own style and seemed to be able to adjust to the kids engagement level. They were very positive and tried to make connections with each of the kids.

My sister enjoyed this program very much. She came into this program not as a confident reader and now looks forward to reading to the family as she loves the way she sounds when she’s reading. This program really helped with her fluency and she enjoys reading to us!

At first she was having a little bit of problem in first grade but now her reading is really better her teachers saying she’s doing well in her reading. I’m really thankful for this program.

The weekly lessons were both instructive and informative. The teacher was wonderful and seemed to really care about each student.

My son is 9 and has participated in this program many times since he was 4. It has been a great program to encourage him to read and he loves the in class discussion.
