I ordered my 2 Ready Walkers a week ago…

I ordered my 2 Ready Walkers a week ago and still haven’t received them. I paid for expedited shipping but that was a waste of money. Called them today (a week later) and found out they had been back ordered but no one notified me of that issue. Had to call to find that out. I canceled my order and at least they refunded my money immediately. Better to go to a drug store and buy on the spot. Doesn’t seem like my mobility issue is a concern for them!

If you drop your cane everything quits…

If you drop your cane everything quits working. Disappointed it isn't built better. It tens to fall over alot.

Hoping for a more mobil future.

Yes, my assistance cane arrived in good condition.
It was easy to assemble.
Since experiencing a stroke five years ago and spending a whole year in assisted living rehab I have been home alone for four years and have transitioned from a wheelchair to a rolling walker to an electric scooter for outdoor activity and now am trying to walk with just a cane. My goal is to be able to go for walks and to just have a cane when out and about the area.
I'll be practicing with the cane indoors during this snowy winter and hope to be able to be walking well enough by Spring to put the rolling walker in the basement!
I hope your product will be worth the $75.00 it cost me.

Hello, is there shorter version of your cane?

Hello,

My aunt just gave my Mom a ReadyWalker walking stick. It has some great features and she really likes how light weight and sturdy it is. However, my Mom is only 4 ft. 11 in. and so even at the adjustable height of (86 -97 cm) is still about 2 to 3 to tall for her to use comfortably. Do you happen to have slightly shorter version of your cane? Please email me back to let me know if a shorter size is available.

My cane came apart

My cane came apart . the cord that holds the pieces together came out the pin that holds it together slipped OUT and i could not get it back . I would like a REFUND SINCE I NEVER GOT. TO USE IT I WOULD NOT TRUST IT.

I was on the Ready Walker website and this might jut be a scam.…

I was on the Ready Walker website trying to determine what the shipping costs would be for one of their products. In order to see what the cost was their system required a credit card number.

I did all that and then the next thing I know I get a notification I placed the order.

I immediately contacted customer service. The next morning I get an email saying the order was shipped with a USPS tracking number.

Clicking on the tracking number shows:
"Tracking Not Available: Tracking is not available for this item. This may be because the tracking number is invalid; USPS has not yet received payment; USPS has not yet received the item; the item does not include tracking; or other reasons."

So then I get an email that says "We are pleased to confirm that your order #******* has been received and will be processed shortly.

So if it has not been processed or shipped why can't you cancel it?

Guess the next step is to get Visa involved.

Edit: Ready Walker thinks I should call them to resolve this. I have communicated with them via email several times. They need to reach out to me to "resolve it".

We have been trying to get a refund and they only have 1 customer support agent and he MUST give authorization for refund and address for return within 30 days. But- he doesn’t answer the phone- so no approval, no return. He finally answered and I have spoken to him now and will be providing dates and times that she called in order to prove she called within the 30 days. Just a hassle for a product that is inferior.
My 87 year old mother purchased this product thinking it would help her. It did not help with her stability. We just want to return it so we can purchase something else.

Excellent Cane, Great Service

I purchased this cane based on a Facebook ad. There was a discount offered, and it “appeared” that the discount was not applied. I figured I’d wait until I got the cane and write in then. Well, I received the cane, and it was everything as promised in the ad, and I am thoroughly delighted with it. I emailed customer service about the discount, and it was, in fact, applied. When the final price came, it was only the shipping charge that was added. It was correct from the start. And David, from customer service answered my question within 1 business day. I highly recommend this cane, and especially this company.

Cane itself has no instructions but appears to be sturdy & well made. Battery compartment is hard to open & close with no indication on how batteries were to be installed. Alarm Butten is easily tripped and has been unintentionally activated 2x within the first few uses.

works very well

We received 3 of these

We received 3 of these. We only wanted 2. Despite immediately leaving a message after our order indicated an order for 3 and not 2, 10 days ago, and leaving 2 more messages after that, we have never heard back, despite 24/7 customer service that is 'always busy' so you have to leave a message. Better and more prompt customer service would be helpful. Just left another message.
