They don't deserve any Star.

Where to start with this joke of a company. Paid nearly £400 for wig in April 2021 via Klarna 30 days option. Ha! The website says 6 weeks delivery, six weeks passed and I started chasing for the order, no replies from the company. Contacted Klarna to my surprise they don't take these cases seriously. Klarna said 28 days have to pass for them to do anything. Can you imagine, a company that you can't contact and they don't reply to emails either! It felt like a huge scam. It was a huge scam. This place is just a money laundry front I suspect,the owner is very rude as well. Anyway, 28 days passed, Klarna said they will now investigate, another two weeks passed, Klarna couldn't contact them either and I would not even go into how rubbish their customer service was. I contacted my bank and explained and finally my refund was hastened!! I wish this was the end of this all, somehow somewhere I signed myself up for messaging, and this fraudulent company has been sending Internet messages to my number, tried to unsubscibe, no option for that on the message, tried blocking them but I couldn't as it is Internet message, I feel like I am going insane, contacted the company via their website ( several times )and no one has replied, no surprises there. So decided to contact the company via Instagram since it seems they are active there, and the owners reply was, you subscribed your own self, so unsubscribe on your own too! Totally insensitive and unprofessional. I just don't know what to do anymore, their messages act as a painful reminder of the whole ordeal. PLEASE AVOID THEM LIKE A PLAGUE, PROPER FRAUDULENT IF YOU ASK ME.

I bought hair from this awful company on the 7th May 2021. Over chat I was told hair would arrive in 3 days. Hair did not arrive and I have raised a complaint with Klarna. Klarna contacted them, and they tried to send out the item 2 months later for a frontal when I ordered bundles as well.
It is now 3 months later, no refund from Klarna and I'm about to contact the financial ombudsmen and consumer rights. oh what topped it off they tried to refund £25 and that never materialised either.
TERRIBLE COMPANY, STAY WELL CLEAR OF THEM!!
DON'T ANSWER PHONES OR EMAILS. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED! (I don't normally do these reviews but it was so bad!)

Fake hair company. I purchased hair almost 400 pounds on the 25th of May… it’s July and hair is still not in. They refuse to pick calls or reply to emails. I’m still trying to sort it out with Klarna on getting my money back. Please don’t even bother going to her website.

I placed an order on Instagram on 6 April and have still not received it. Kept being told to check terms & conditions, that being 28 working days and it is now July! Spoke on the phone several times to ‘April’ the owner. Felt sorry for her at first until she gave me a tracking number twice which was false. She’s blocked me from Instagram after I reported her to my credit card provider as a fraud/scammer. Read on Belp she did that to someone else. Just waiting for my credit card provider to sort out a refund. Should of read the reviews here before jumping in! There has got to be a way to stop this type of thing going forward as it is not right people taking your hard earned cash, not telling the truth then blocking you and not answering emails. Totally WRONG …. Doubt if she will even see this review or respond …

I have received my unit from Real Hair London and I’m over the moon with it! The quality of the hair is great (my hairdresser said the same and she does a lot of work with hair extensions so knows what good hair looks like) and the attention to detail on the frontal is amazing! It looks so natural. Custom wigs take time to create so be patient, this kind of attention to detail can’t be rushed!!

Please do not buy from this company. Luckily I got my money back from Klarna otherwise I would have paid £277 for a wig that never came. The dont respond to emails or messages. Do not waste your money. They are a scam website.

Fake company, no replies, still not got money back also not received wig. Should have read the other review earlier to not waste time. Avoid

Absolutely disgraceful! I paid £333 for my hair and it is something you’d buy off of Amazon for £69! They are a scam, do NOT buy from there. No communication whatsoever when I tried calling, emailing, messaging on WhatsApp. Literally thought they were a real company but was such a fool to believe in their advertisement as if they were something special. Not even a 1* but had to give something. Feel so foolish but at least I’ve learnt my lesson.
