I sold several bags to Rebag -SLOW
EDITING to one star: I cannot transfer my money out via ACH as Rebag advertises because their email states, "we are aware of the issue and looking into it. Try again in one business day" I have emailed them as directed several times now and never received a response. Still dont have payment for the bags I sold. Tried over many biz days to transfer and it fails on their end every time.
I sold several bags to Rebag. The online quote process was easy, as was sending in the bags with prepaid labels. Here is where the score goes down. I had zero communication from Rebag once I sent my stuff in. I kept checking my dashboard and still no status change over a month later. I finally got ahold of someone via chat who said my bags were accepted as I disclosed them condition-wise and there was pending payment to my account wallet--which would be seen THIRTY BUSINESS DAYS from the date that they accepted the item. So about 2.5 months from the time that I accepted the online quote, I received credit to my account (and it trickled in since each bag was accepted separately on their timeline). It was only then that I received an email that money owed had been deposited...I went to transfer to my bank and read that if I wanted it sooner than 15 MORE days, there would be a 3% fee, OR if I wait the more 15 days, then I can have my money transferred for free. So here I am...now three+ months later, still waiting for Rebag to give me access to the full amount of money that I signed up for when I sold them my items. So the lesson here is DON'T expect to sell and be paid in a timely manner from Rebag. They do not disclose these payment timelines upfront when you sell. Their FAQs are intentionally vague and clearly they are making money selling your stuff before you are paid for it (my bags were listed for sale online within that 3O biz day waiting period to pay me) as well as making interest off of your sale money since they hold it hostage for another 15 days.
