Don’t play games with your clients

Don’t play games with your clients. This happened to me last time too and vowed not to sell to Rebag anymore but Felipe emailed me and asking if I have something to sell. I gave Rebag another chance but again this happened. I will never do business with Rebag again.

I just wanted a price so I could decide…

I just wanted a price so I could decide if I wanted to sell or consign and it turns out they kept my bag. I wanted to trade in my purse for a different bag but that didn’t happen . Sellers be ware!

I sent them by 3 bags more than 7…

I sent them by 3 bags more than 7 business days ago and they’re still taking more than seven business days that I was told it would take for my trade to be shipped to me

Would not recommend.

Would not recommend.. i has order a ring never received it even though fed ex said delivered i contacted fed ex and they told me to tell rebag to open a case and rebag completely refused so i wasted $2,000

First time buyer

This was my first time purchasing a bag from this store and I was very happy with the experience. I found exactly what I was looking for in-store. The price was good and the salesperson was helpful and knowledgeable. I'm very satisfied with the purchase I made and I'm enjoying the bag!

It was my very first time ordering

It was my very first time ordering. I made sure to read the description and the purse was rated “VERY GOOD” on condition. I was pretty excited to get my bag and the strap was broken. I can get it fixed but that wasn’t stated anywhere in the description. Once I called I was only offered a $25 compensation on a $900 bag. Louis Vuitton

Customer service with Lori.

In recent situations, I’ve had the most unfortunate things going on with this company. I’ve been purchasing stuff that have been showing pictures of it in excellent condition with everything with it and when receiving an item it misses the main strap that holds a bag so when contacted, I was told to return it and was being charged return fee, even though it was their mistake I contacted somebody in corporate Lori, who didn’t really understand the situation that I was trying to explain to her. This didn’t happen once twice it happened three times with my orders I tried contacting them and she never responded after a certain time which was extremely rude and unprofessional I asked if I could reach out to somebody who could work out incorporate who I can have understand the situation and the way that she has been treating me, but they said that her decision was final and that they will not give me any information to reach anybody else going. Further I no longer will be purchasing or selling with this company. I see that they are not holding down to their standards and are doing extremely bad with customer service.

I was not given a timeline

I was not given a timeline. Rebag has had my bag since January and I haven’t received payment. When I reached out to ask, I was told I won’t see anything until the end of May.

REBAG Best Way to Make Luxury Purchases

The purchase experience was seamless, more user friendly, and allow me to buy the bag with a higher level of confidence that it is authentic than if I purchased the bag with Poshmark or Vestiaire Collective. I absolutely love the bag and received compliments. In today's economy having an option to buy a membership that allows you to use the monthly fee as a credit towards a purchase is a great cost savings that I truly appreciate.
