Delivery occurred after my trip. The entire process was difficult. It doesn’t take that long to ship and for the insane fees, it is even more ridiculous. FedEx wouldn’t permit me to pick up the package, even after their very rude driver refused to even look on his vehicle for the other package on the day I was home and he only delivered 1 item and was argumentative when I showed him the notifications. And don’t get me started on your refund process. A total money grab to keep customer’s money as long as you can. Seriously. I won’t order from Rebag ever again. If it isn’t in the store, I will pass. Supremely disappointing.

Tried to do a trade. Rebag decided to not take a bag in. I tried to pay with my rebag wallet and it was absolutely impossible. Going to the store and calling on customer service couldnt help. The store employees tried their best to help.

Horrible experience
Horrible experience! Bought a CHANEL bag that arrived damaged as it wasn’t packaged properly & simply thrown in a box that was not only too small but failed to offer any cushioning. When I called customer service the agent didn’t even know what CHANEL was! Requested to speak to a supervisor but this never happened. Dreadful!

I have purchased four things from Rebag. Very satisfied with my purchases. First go round I think I sent two bags. It went smoothly and quickly. The next time, three bags. I feel
that this time the process was much too slow. I was not happy and don’t think I will do it again. I am though, exceedingly pleased with my purchases.
