Fake

It looked fake and the strap that was supposed to be cross body was so short there was no way it could go over the shoulder. Tried a real one in the store and this wasnt even close. Returned immediately.

Beautiful bad and fast delivery

As a Rebag member I have the option to return purchases that don’t work. This makes me much more inclined to purchase things on Rebag. And the quality of all of their items is always excellent. The bag I just purchased is no exception and is absolutely perfect.

Everything takes too long

Everything takes too long.
For example: sent an item for trade in and its been more than three weeks and is still in rewiew, but they charged the item I bought inmediately. As today, I didnt receive my item.

Sent another item for sale, took more than 6 weeks to get certified.

After the item was sold I had to wait 6 weeks until the sale was “final” and after that, 5 or 6 more weeks to get paid.

Won’t be using Rebag again!!!

I will never sell to Rebag again

I will never sell to Rebag again. They give no specific reason for rejecting your item. And when they do accept, they take AGES to pay out.

The smell on the bag is really bad

The smell on the bag is really bad. And the stain on the back. Bag description wasn’t very accurate. This bag should not have even been listed on your website. Ruined your reputation.

ReBag did an outstanding job - the photos were accurate, the delivery was professional and fast. My partner was elated. I highly recommend ReBag for purchasing quality designer purses and accessories at very reasonable prices. They make it easy to be thoughtful.

Save time and use a different service

The customer service is by far the worst service I have ever experienced. Long wait times on the phone and people who can’t even answer a simple question. The delayed payment is also such a red flag. It shouldn’t take 45 days to receive payment for an item that has not only been listed on their site to sell but also for an item that has sold. Horrible company will never shop or sell with them again. And on top of that you have to wait another 20+ days to transfer it to your own account or pay a fee for early withdrawal. Why should I have to wait and then pay a fee to get MY money? Shame on them.

The company sells products that are…

The company sells products that are defective and does not offer compensation or have any remorse for the action. In my case, a broken Cartier box that was not listed and when notified was told the box didn’t add value so nothing they ca do.

Horrible experience and I ‘ll be sure to leave a wider review of my experience. I still haven’t received a refund on an order that I never received. It is beyond unacceptable, and I am considering reporting this to the office of the AG in NY.

The bag I received was not as shown in…

The bag I received was not as shown in the picture. The zipper was messed and in the picture and the description didn’t say the picture was messed up. I didn’t get my full refund either. They shorted me $21.75 and when I bought the bag it said full refund and shipping label paid for If I was a member.
