“I consigned my Chanel bag with Rebag, but after several months it didn’t sell, so I requested it to be returned. When I finally received it, only the bag was sent back—without the box, dust bag, authenticity card, or booklet. These are essential items for resale, and their absence has made it very difficult for me to sell the bag again. Despite raising this issue, Rebag has continued to ignore it. This experience has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional.”

Pleasantly surprised
Overall I’ve had a good experience with Rebag. I like the membership aspect where I can use those fees towards future purchases. The site is easy to navigate but there are some glitches occasionally. The bag quality and condition have also been very good, exceeding my expectations

When you show merchandise
When you show merchandise, it is helpful to show a picture with the bag on a mannequin. Sometimes even though we have measurements it’s hard to know the size of the bag and how it hangs on the body. Also, your returns are awfully slow. I don’t know why it takes 10 to 15 days after receiving the bag to get credit. So I am waiting for my credit for a return, as there’s another bag I’d like to buy. Fingers crossed I don’t lose out on it.

I am not comfortable with the…
I am not comfortable with the Membership requirement plus unrefundable shipping charge. Other sites dont do that. New with Rebag. Still debating whether keeping or not retaining my membership. I am also not clear about the sizing of bags. Example are Picotins are not sized as 18 or 22. Berkins or Kellys are not sized by numbers on description until you open the tab for the bag. I will try buying again and hopefully, it will change my initial review. I have to thank customer service team. They were very helpful with my previous concerns.
