The Best Worker
I am writing this review on behalf of a worker named Nathi. I have called up Rebel Energy many times prior and never had my issue solved however for the first time by some miracle, Nathi came along and helped me straight away. Spoke with Nathi this morning from rebel energy have had problems with billing not happy with rebel energy themselves but after having an apology with lack of communication from themselves Nathi was straight talking solved my issue

Great job throughout
New customer to the company, and had not received an energy bill in last 4 months. I called after 2months and was advised the property had an outstanding bill of £400+, I requested an invoice from the accounts dept who didnt respond and the deadline for paying the outstanding amount - without being issued a invoice - had come so I followed up on my email and then emailed the help desk.
My issue was picked up by the friendly and professional Sarah W. Who not only managed to rectify my issue and remove the erroneous additions, but kept me informed of actions taking place through the process.
in under an hour everything was resolved. sometimes you just need the right person to help you, Thank you SarahW!
