Great quality second hand phone
Great quality second hand phone. Good ethical credentials. Easy purchase and fast delivery. No complaints there.
On the selling/sending them of my own device it only asks about the cosmetic condition of the phone, which was near perfect for mine. But my battery was the issue. It didn't ask about this at the point of "selling" the device, so when I sent it to them it was just immediately rejected. It would have been better if I could have declared this upfront and saved the hassle if it was just going to be rejected.

AVOID! What an absolute scam of a company ordered a birthday present on Wednesday paid for 24 hour delivery so it would definitely be here on time and no it’s still not even been dispatched, they have now stopped replying to my emails even when I chased it on Friday to see why it hadn’t even been dispatched their attitude at first seemed like they do this all the time and they don’t even care to now not replying to me. Scam company, over charging on a delivery service they clearly have no intention on offering and no ways to even cancel your order I’m physically worrying at the state of the product when it comes or even if it does come I won’t hold my breath, definitely wouldn’t use this company

I'm happy with the phone and the deal I got from the company. I wanted a good smartphone that did the basics, and the site recommended one that ticked all the boxes. Speaking with the service team helped me get exactly what I was looking for.
The only reason not to give 5 stars is the fact that I had to separately claim for the offered cash back deal, rather than it being automatic, and this info wasn't stated anywhere.

I purchased an apple smart from Reboxd
I purchased an apple smart from Reboxd, The watch was absolutely beautiful, just like new. Unfortunately as I have a pacemaker and I found that the smart watch and the pacemaker were not compatible.
I got in touch with Reboxed and the accepted the return without question. Absolutely fantastic people to deal with. Previously I bought an iPhone from Reboxd, that was some months ago, it’s still like new and working brilliantly. Why pay big money for a new item when you can buy from Reboxed for a fraction of the price.

Straightforward and unpressured
The phone descriptions were clear and explained what their specifications were with images that were like the devices. The site didnt seem to push unwanted items forward which can be confusing.

I liked that they accepted Amex cards.
When the phone arrived it was well packaged, neat, and I appreciated the rebox accessories and box that made the experience feel like that of a new phone.
