Really efficient service
Really efficient service. Phone was with me in a couple of days after ordering. Phone was as described. Really impressed with the battery life despite not requesting a new battery. All in all a great service. Would definitely consider using Reboxed for future purchases.

What's not to like
Was able to purchase an iPhone 14 at a price I could afford. Yes, it is not new but looks great and saves on wastage, just an old guy traying to keep up ! Would definitely purchase from Reboxed.co again.

The refurbished items were as wished for.
The refurbished items were competitively priced and the ordering process straightforward (in my case an iPhone). Delivery was good and timely and the packaging was very good. And a bonus, five trees were planted. All round a service I would highly recommend.

No brainer!
Was a tad dubious at first, thinking I might receive an obviously second user phone but I took the gamble and absolutely delighted that I did. The phone received was immaculate and was reset to factory defaults, so couldn’t tell it from a brand new phone, except not in is original box, but in their own good quality and well protected box. I highly recommend this company from an ethical point of view and also the amazing value for money. I highly recommend this company and will purchase further phones from them without hesitation. Rather than paying an overinflated price from the airtime providers I can now go for a sim only contract and save £30+ per month. Win. Win!

Able to browse from a large number of products and ultimately purchase a new handset for teenager that met their spec requirements and my budget. Item was delivered swiftly in plain packaging that made hiding it easier! Handset was in very good condition resulting in a happy teenager. Phew!

My Samsumg S24 arrived exactly as described in good time. The price was excellent and over £100 cheaper than buying it new. There wasn't a choice of colours but since I put a protective cover on it this doesn't matter at all to me. Highly recommend Reboxed.
