As a first time buyer, I was pretty hesitant but it turned out to be a great decision. High quality, just as described. Good for the planet and the wallet. Top marks for service. I separately bought the manufacters' fast charging unit which I think makes a difference.

iPhone 14 Pro and accessories, whilst buying the phone was…
The service whilst buying the phone was good but I ordered a case and screen protector. The case didn’t come at all and the screen protector took a week. I would not advise anyone to buy accessories from Reboxed. What was a good experience with the phone turned out a bad experience with extras . Poor excuses given due to Secondary partners . Reboxed didn’t inform me items where not coming , I had to do all the chasing. Which left me without protection of my new phone.

Good responsiveness and service - but low revised offer
Good points: very responsive: I had confirmation of safe receipt of my phone and an evaluation hours afterwards, followed by immediate payment once the value had been accepted. But ...
I had an iPhone 14Pro Max 512Gb to sell, and got an offer of £320 based on 'good' condition. 'Excellent' specified battery health over 80% so with my battery health at 79% I was conservative in my assessment. However on receipt of the phone, Reboxed said that battery health was poor (1% below their threshold) and they had detected scratches on the screen. You'd have needed Jodrell Bank telescope to detect them - there were none as far as i could see on despatch. The revised offer was £200 - a 38% reduction! This seemed disproportionate: I would have been prepared to accept a lesser down-valuation. I decided to challenge this, but then got a message that re-evaluation could take three days. This is clearly intended to put people off a challenge. So, I decided to go with the flow and accept their low ball offer. Lesson learned - don't be taken in by an initial generous-sounding offer: the reality can be very different.
