Excellent company with great…
Excellent company with great communication. I rented their Normatec 3 leg compression machine for several months. There were no hidden monthly charges (which is rare these days). Upon returning the item, there was a problem as the item had been left in the return locker with no collection from DPD until a few weeks later but the company didn't create any conflict. They understood the situation and communicated with respect at all times. If i'm ever injured again (hopefully never), RecoverFit will be the first company I consider.
Fantastic Customer Service
I recently made the purchase of a Theragun from RecoverFit. I rang with a query before placing my order, Harry Beazer answered my questions, he was friendly and very helpful. Once I’d placed my order, Harry helped me with another query, which resulted in me changing my order to a different product.
Harry provided exceptional customer service, altering my order and sending me with a couple of additional items as a goodwill gesture. It was so refreshing to deal with a company representative who really cares. Thank you for your help.

Yesterday was Thursday and I needed to get myself a support for an ankle injury for a match this coming Saturday. I thought I could rely on Amazon for a last minute delivery but all decent supports (and specifically the one I wanted to purchase) on Amazon were not available for delivery until next week. I then found RecoverFit who offer next day delivery, I rang to check if I had missed the cut off as checkout said 2pm cut offs for Fridays, but the delivery&returns page just said 2pm. I am not sure who I spoke to but they could not have been more helpful or polite. After confirming cut off was indeed 2pm every day, the person offered to call their warehouse to see if they would be happy to still fulfill the delivery and get the support to me. They asked me to place the order and would call me back to confirm asap. Seven minutes later I got a call back to say the warehouse were happy to fulfil for next day delivery and I am writing this having just received the support. This same support is more expensive on Amazon so not only have I received a better price, but a better service and faster delivery?! I'd give 10 stars if I could, incredible customer service.

Ice Bath Purchase
Ordered an ice bath from RecoverFit. We were both really surprised at quite how good it looked and the quality of the tub. Really pleased with it.

I ordered a Ice bath (large) on the 19th July and it still hasn't been delivered. I have sent an email and called over a dozen times and have no response to my email and when I call it goes to answer phone. Really not impressed by the complete lack of customer service. Now I have seen the finished product and it is a good quality item, because I have used the ice bath at a local outdoor sauna.
