Very good customer service and quick…
Very good customer service and quick delivery. Spoke to Harry about an issue with my Normatec recovery boots and he was so helpful with advising me on what part I needed to replace and got this sorted and with me within a few days. Trustworthy company and team!

I received the order and sent a return request on the same day. No response from management. What should I do with absolutely incorrect knee support?

Its a very good product
Its a very good product. However purchasing it from the UK (non EU country) was not as I almost paid a 100 euro in taxes.

Unique and great product
The product is amazing. I love that I can get a deep tissue massage whilst watching tv and it really helps me find tight spots in my knee and calves.
Would love to see a digital tensioner that can apply more psi so it can get into my hamstrings more.

Super cutomer experience
Overall my experience with ‘recoverfit’ has been outstanding, unfortunately there was an issue with my initial order -
However this was immediately acted on and then eventually rectified along with above and beyond customer service.
Harry was a pleasure to deal with, I would recommend and will definitely use in the future again if I make any further purchases.
