We ordered 2 living fuel again

We ordered 2 living fuel again, I use them for before and after exercise and to replace meals, the flavours are great. No issues with delivery or the actual product but just noticed the boxes are on the flimsy side, get stronger boxes because it can easily tear and then it might damage the product.

Shame on Red23

My package was not delivered because of PostNord bad service and it was sent back to Red23.
Now I am asking Red23 to resent the package ( and I will pay again for that ) or give my money back.
But Red23 just don't answer to my e-mails or phone calls. Meanwhile they are not disappeared, they are still there in the business. Shame!
I agree with the previous review, the Red23 people are there to rob others.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service! I ordered stuff worth over 100pounds and never received the items. I reached out and received no favorable response from them and ABSOLUTELY no efforts whatsoever to help locate my package, for which I paid over 16 pounds for delivery. Please avoid this company. They are out there just to rob people!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This company have the worse customer service I have ever experienced. They can’t Speak to you over the phone about anything apart from sales everything else is email which you wait forever for. I wanted a refund for a product I never received and they charged me for the £5 delivery. I will never be purchasing from them again.

Worst customer service ever experienced online. Ordered product - no delivery or refund and simply does not respond to any email or messages that I leave. How is this company still legally operational! CROOKS!!!

I have been a customer for many years…

I have been a customer for many years and they have always been efficient executing orders on time and delivery within a couple of days. Recently my order was received next day which was excellent.
Customer service is exceptional dealing with queries. I would recommend this Red23 as an efficient business.

I am a regular customer of Red23 Ltd…

I am a regular customer of Red23 Ltd but I never received my last 2 orders. If there is no issue you are good to go but whenever any issue arises they just stop replying. I paid £126.98 with an order for Living Fuel & MCT Oil- they stopped replying when they cannot track the order. Just after ordering the above, I placed an order for 3 bottles of MCT oil again. The package got damaged because their packaging suck. I wrote to them- no reply. What a strategy. AVOID THIS SELLER. They are robbing people. I request all those who have been robbed to also file a RIP Report so that the report appears when people make a branded search for RED 23.

I used to buy north of eur 200 a month. Often had problems with delivery an they have a terrible customer service. Will bring mu business elsewhere

Not happy with service

Not happy with service. I purchased some nutritional supplements and wholefood grains from this company and to my surprise when I received the items over half the items had best before expiry date that was less than 2 weeks from the date specified and two of the items were just over the expired date. To be honest I would of expected at least 6 months from Best Before End date. I spoke to Customer Services and someone called Graham advised that there is nothing wrong with it and then put the phone down. I suspect they have some issues turning over stock thats why it doesn't sell (yet they send me emails every week that their popular best selling products are on special offer, makes no sense! Best selling products are not reduced and certainly don't have expired dates or near expired dates). My advice to anyone looking to buy products from this company is to check and ask them before hand what the expiry date is on the products that they will be sending you if the Best Before End is important for you especially milk based products. I will not buy products from this company again.

A true gem of a company

I have ordered several wonderful products from red23 on numerous occasions and the service is always excellent. The products we have received are top quality and with long expiration dates. I find red23 prices highly competitive and there is no company that I have been able to find that offers the finest quality products at such good prices. The delivery is super efficient as receive it next business day if I order early morning and the superb packaging has meant every delivery our products have arrived in pristine condition. It is a pleasure to use red23, they have a wide variety of fantastic healthy products.

Rubbish Customer Service

Agree with other reviews that customer service is rubbish. I've been a customer for years, with orders always £100+ to £200+
Twice incident that some outer sealed items are broken and the latest they use sellotape to hold the damaged seal. After contacting them, they said that their packing team never use sellotape.. so they're trying to say that everything I said is just a lie! I sent him photo as a proof. They need to improve how they handle customer complaints and to value their loyal customers. Evolution Organics company are excellent when it comes to customer service.

Avoid if you believe that basic communication should be standard customer service

In just over a year I made more than ten orders with Red23 and had no problems until the most recent one. I learned through the courier that one of my items had leaked and that the entire shipment had been disposed of. I contacted Red23 immediately but heard nothing back. I pestered them for a few days, then found this review page and saw that someone else had used the email title "DO NOT IGNORE THIS" so gave that a try, at the same time as making out a formal letter and sending it by recorded post. (Phone conversations are an impossibility as the website number only takes you to the warehouse, and they can't/won't deal with any customer service issues).
To be fair, Red23 did resolve it within a week: their first reply, SIX days after I raised the alarm, read like an internal note rather than addressing me and/or apologising for the inconvenience. Nevertheless, it spoke of a refund, and a couple of days later I received that refund in full.
So, in summary, matter eventually resolved, but I for one can't deal with companies who don't respond (and appear concerned) a little quicker, and I definitely won't be using them again.
