Great seleciton of items but dont expect to be able to talk to anyone in case there is a problem.I lost money and goods over a problem with my local post service, but I could not get ahold of anyone at the red23 company. Avoid at all costs.

I have always trusted this company, they have such a wide range of top quality products and so much choice.

Been a loyal customer for over a year for Organic Stevia Drops, last order I received Stevia Drops that were not Organic, completely different ingredients and tastes awful!
This is not a cheap product at all, so I sent an email to Red23 3 times and no response, the phone number on the website is to the warehouse and they cannot help with any queries and all they tell me to do is to send another email!
Awful, will look for another supplier now

I'm a vegan and eat lots of nuts, which I now always buy from Red23 Ltd. Really high quality and very fast delivery. On the one occasion a bag split open during transit, it was instantly replaced! Excellent, faultless service.

Top company, you always find what healthy products needed.

I purchased a product, paid delivery which stated 1st class Royal Mail which should only take 1-2 days maximum for delivery. Over a week later still no parcel so I called Red23 to be told to email them as they can't help over the phone. So I emailed them and again over a week later still no response. Awful customer services!! Will not use this company again

I have recently purchased a couple of items from this company, and both were delivered very quickly. There are a wide variety of health products, good quality and competitively priced. I have bought from this website previously and look forward to doing so again.

I have been using the shop since I was told that I have to drink Fermented Cod Liver Oil.
Red23 prices were / are competitive. Free delivery if you order over £80.

Then only issue I had was the penultimate batch of oil I bought last Christmas. All 5 bottles were spoilt but it would be impossible to prove. Most likely manufacturing fault. I doubt the oil could be spoilt in transit. I have finished the 5 and started a new batch which seems to be good.

I will continue ordering from Red23 unless I get another bad batch of oil.

I think this service has really good full strength quality products at an affordable price! With fast delivery too, as I was worried they would take a long time to arrive. I blinked an eye and my product was there! Would highly recommend this service especially for speedy delivery!

I mainly order online as I live outside of London. I order from here regularly. I love the range of products and they stock body ecology products which I think they might be the only place in the UK that does.
The delivery is fast which is a bonus!!
