If I have option to give you a big zero , I will do , my experience was very bad and the first time I faced a very unprofessional and a failure APP and company like this. I placed and order and paid many sine7/3/2026 and till now I did not receive my order or could return back my money back and passed through chains off very bad communications and very unsupportive and dishonest team

I bought a ‘Like New’ iPhone 16 Pro from Reevamp.me for AED 3,350 in February 2026. After about a month of normal use the screen developed serious issues (flickering, green line, then going blank) and became unusable. Apple’s Dubai Mall store assessed the device and confirmed a display fault and lifted screen, recommending a full unit replacement. Despite this, Reevamp have ignored multiple attempts to contact them via email, their website, WhatsApp and social channels, and have not offered any repair, replacement or refund. Based on my experience, I do not recommend buying from Reevamp.me or trusting their ‘Like New’ and warranty claims

They are fake company
They are fraud scammers
I made order on 26 February and they did not delivered anything it is been 15 days
I am asking them to give me back my money but they are not answering on whatsapp or email since than
Don’t buy anything from them

Reevmp is a scamer.

If anybody buy a phone from Reevamp online store. He deffinitely will be in trouble like me.

Their online customer review page is fake.
Their saling Copy phone. After you received your phone you can understand what it is!! I am in Trouble now.

I have mistakenly purchased a Iphone 16 Pro max from their website. They send me a Copy iphone and When i return their phone One month gone still they never return back My Money.

Please be aware all before purchasing the phone reevamp, they are totally scam and fraud, i ordered new iphone 14 pro max, and they delivered 2 years old phone, camera was damaged display was replaced, then i start trying to get refund and thanks god tabby was involved and after 1 month they refunded me the money and they deducted 140 dirhams. after all they were still in profit.

This company's products are not good, please don't buy. No response.They are very bad.

I was honestly thinking of changing my mind but I was wrong ,I ordered for I phone 14 pro max but trust me I got the best ,thank u reevamp IAM a satisfied customer and to order next time

I ordered 15 promax 256 GB in the October end, first they delayed the delivery for 1 week, to compensate the late delivery, they upgraded the device to 512GB, after receiving the device, there's network issue with the device, I registered complaint and they arranged to take back the device, they replaced with another device but with 256GB capacity. They took 512GB device from me and replaced 256GB device, stating this is what I ordered. Its more than 10 days now, since I have been sending reminders to their support team but not responding at all. Very poor service and response, I don't know how they are dealing, they do not have a dedicated office in UAE.
Sharing the follow email sent to them but no response.

Terrible Service. Sent me the wrong phone color and never replaced it.. customer service is very slow and not at all helpful. No way to speak on call.. only whatsapp chat and they answer back when they feel like. Stay away!

Absolute horror. The iPhone 15 Pro that I ordered was did not match with what was delivered (I ordered a 512GB version and I received a 256GB version) and ever since (now 2,5 months and counting) it's been never ending empty promises of a courier to pick up the phone and Reevamp to refund the purhase. Customer service is non-existent and takes forever to even get an automatic response that someone will get back. Stay away from Reevamp!

The device came in good condition, I personally like what i got. It was US version factory unlock comes with 1 year warranty which is good option.

I bought an iPhone 12 Pro with 100% battery health, and it's in excellent condition almost like new. It comes with a back cover and a screen protector. It was a great purchase

Fraud they are selling fake iphones I bought 13 pro max the whole phone was not original*

Shocking service from start to finish. Ordered a phone on 12th December and they didn’t send me an invoice or receipt on purchase so I had to ask for my order number over a week later. The purchase doesn’t show on my online account either. When the phone did arrive they sent the wrong phone to what I had ordered and when I asked to have it replaced, was ignored by customer service. That phone was then faulty and kept freezing so I sent it back as requested and was left with no replacement phone. Was told I would receive my new phone the next day but nothing. After numerous contact with customer support, I was told it would be delivered on at least 4 different days and still nothing arrived. It is 4th January now and I am still without a phone and customer support just ignore my messages. Awful customer service, terrible quality product and a scam of a company. Would never use again!!
