Bad customer service and you have to pay for returning the item if you not happy with it it cost £12 to return items worth £64 so please think before buying anything from them

Thank you for your feedback Mounia. As a small family run business we heavily subsidise the cost of delivery, but unfortunately we aren't able to cover the cost of returns as well when a customer changes their mind. We do make it clear on every product page on our website as well as a dedicated delivery information page that a customer is responsible for the cost of returning an item unless it is faulty or damaged. This is the same approach all online retailers take, but unlike some we don't charge a handling fee for returns and we will fully refund a customer once an item is returned to us in resell-able condition. As we explained via email, ordinarily we don't arrange collections for customers unless the item is damaged or faulty, but we made an exception for you to try and help and we therefore asked you to cover the cost of the return postage. The £12 cost we quoted you was simply to cover the cost our courier charges for collecting an item of this size, we were not adding anything to the cost we would have incurred.
