I have checked your order and it was dispatched the following day from our warehouse. You will have received an email with your tracking code to follow your orders progress with the courier.
I have checked your tracking and it does appear the courier has let us down on this occasion, it initially went to the wrong country but is now with customs in Norway.
At any time you could've emailed to discuss this matter, but we've not received any communication from yourself to rectify the issue. We have many parcels going out daily, and as such we can't check tracking on every order, but had you spoke to us we could've tried out best to sort the issue.
I emailed you a few days ago to discuss the matter, but to this date I've not received any reply.
Please email me at sales@refstore.co.uk to discuss.
I hope you can understand that this matter is solely with the courier and outwith our control. I have raised a complaint with the courier to hopefully rectify the matter as soon as possible.
