We’d also like to provide a little more context about our jewelry finishes. Our pieces are made using a premium PVD coating process (Physical Vapor Deposition), which creates a more durable and long-lasting finish compared to traditional plating. This process helps resist tarnishing, fading, moisture, and everyday wear. Because of the nature of PVD coatings and different lighting conditions, the gold tone may appear slightly brighter, warmer, or darker depending on personal preference and environment.

As shown in our website examples, our standard lettering format uses a capitalized first letter followed by lowercase letters to provide the cleanest overall appearance for the design. Additionally, for custom number combinations such as “11,” a small connecting line is included during production to help support the structure and durability of the piece. We completely understand this may not have matched your expectations, and we truly appreciate your feedback.

We value all customer feedback, as it helps us continue improving both our products and customer experience. Our support team has also reached out directly to further assist and work toward a resolution.
