This is my first claim and I don't really have an opinion. I just filed the claim one hour ago

Friendly and helpful customer service staff. Claims process was quick and easy.

This company is very slow to resolve claims. I waited over 5 months to receive a check for a covered item. Be sure to read the entire contract and fine print for exclusions and waiting periods.
They do their best to delay or deny claims. I finally received a prompt response after threatening to report them to the New York atty general fraud division.

Did receive email for service. Have not accessed it yet cause doing survey. Did not realize email had arrived.

I just called in my first claim and they found a technician to fix my washer quickly.

Called warranty company immediately gave me a claim number. Next day an email that I was to call appliance company for appointment everything went rather smoothly.

i was very impressed with agent who started my claim. she was very courteous and thorough. I got email with service engineers phone number within 12 hours.

Customer service was patient and answered all my questions. Explained things thoroughly. It was a pleasant experience.

He was very informative and knew his company in comparative advantage over other companies. I particularly liked the service call of on $75. That’s a huge savings over other companies

My agent Andrew, was very knowledgeable about the policy options, and did not pressure me into buying, and showed me how I could save money.

I did not like that coverage that I had with AHS was comparable to that of Regency. Plumbing issue . Boiler issues. Burst pipes. What to do incase of an emergency when office is closed and it is a covered item. What guidelines to be followed explained to customers St the time of sale of contract.

The gentleman was 100% awesome and explained perfectly everything .

He was very clear and detail oriented and explaining everything to me he was able to answer my questions very well he is a great customer service representative I give him 10 stars!

Do not believe the salesman when he tells you that if they cannot fix an appliance, they will replace it. They use their opinion of the age of the HVAC, the stove, the water heater.....and depreciate it. Or if they cannot find the part they offer you cash allowance for you to find it yourself and fix. When you call in a claim they immediately start telling you what is not covered and asking questions. I have had other home warranty services.......all better than these clowns. When I tried to cancel as the salesman told me I could do at anytime I find out there is fine print that you cannot opt out until 1 year. I bought a discounted 3 year policy. I have it marked on my calendar the day to cancel and I just now there will be some other roadblock.
