Regal Cinemas Avis 

On September 24 I bought a ticket using my Regal Unlimited online account. Since this was not in a premium theater, I should have been charged only a $0.50 transaction fee. However, I was also charged a $5.50 surcharge which was clearly a mistake. I reported this to Regal Unlimited within a day using their online message service but received no response. About a week later I sent them a follow up email reminding them of the problem but have still received no reply. Because there is no contact phone number for Regal Unlimited, I have no further recourse. The way they have stonewalled me on this issue is a disgrace!

They are a scam..I bought tickets for my family to go and they charged me way more for convenience fee than tickets itself. My son got sick so I cancelled…they refunded my tickets but not the convenience fee. Don’t go here!!

Very sad about these new rocker chairs and they're too close to the next person. Remember covid. Squeezed in like a rat

These people are snakes in the grass, rather than selling you a ticket, at the outside box office, they force you to pay for your ticket at the concession stand, and make you wait in line, as people in front of you are draining their bank accounts for popcorn and a drink, beware....if your paying for your wife and kids... the whole 9 yards, you may consider b4 you go to regal, you may have to remorage your house!

Went to Regal at 1pm today, Newport News VA. The lobby and restroom was fine, but the theater we were in was hot as judgment day.

Dania Pointe Hollywood Fl, For a new theater this has to be the worst circus ive ever seen an Absolute horrible theater, over heard multiple managment talking to employees like they are garbage. Also have had friends work here and Gm nor Am care if an employee is sick, they simply do not care for there employees nor customers. The whole places managment needs to be refurbished by someone with a brain.

I had leftovers from an expensive lunch that I was told I couldn't bring into the theater. Well...that didn't go over very well. 2 young kids telling me to leave it behind the concession counter. I don't leave my food unattended ANYWHERE...they finally let me go in. Don't mess with an angry woman! Poughkeepsie Galleria Regal Theater.

I was given hearing devices that could have really been beneficial if the battery didn’t die. I enjoyed half of the movie, but was very disappointed when I was not able to use ur devices. Perhaps battery charge should b checked before the devices r given out.

Regal cinema, Elmwood Ave, Buffalo NY practices age discrimination. Regal Cinema instituted an age curfew and does not refund to those denied entry.

Was at the Tomball location 0n 6/10/2022 first time since they re opened when we we walked in a nice guy asked to look inside our pursed to make sure we had no guns I think it’s a goid thing sad it has come to it but we felt safe but the stupid part is that my mom is in a wheel chair and people in chairs can hide a gun in the arm rest of a wheel chair he did not ale us tu take the arm rest off the wheel chair that was stupid

This review is more in line with the movie trailers they show prior to the movie you paid to see. I took my children to see Jurassic World Domination on opening day and at the 10 AM show. We showed up after the scheduled show time just to walk in, in time for the Bullet Train 2 trailer to come on and the opportunity for a theater full of children younger than mine to hear Brad Pit tell another actor "Eat a bag of d!cks Lady". Now I'm a retired Marine and don't talk like that but the Motion Picture Association believes this is acceptable for a matinee movie for any rating lower than an R rated movie. *** Trust Pilot will not let you properly spell the word out but the MPA allows it on a movie screen***

I have seen the same review by others. There is no option to cancel membership in application and when I emailed customer support they said they cancelled it but still charging every month 22 since 6 months. Please please please please do NOT get the regal unlimited! They will keep taking your money and won’t stop. I got regal unlimited, only wanted it for 3 months. I didn’t realize they were going to charge me again. I canceled my subscription and they still renewed it and charged. WARNING stay far away from their passes. It’s all money making and they won’t stop.

I had a ticket that I purchase some time ago to go and see The Quiet Man with the theatre experience. The show was today, and it was at the Winter Park Regal village Cinema. Maybe 2 dozen or so of us got this experience. First. the movie was to begin at 1:00. No movie, nothing but silence. Somebody in the theatre went and notified them....twice. apparently this was a remote feed that didn't work until about 20 to 25 minutes into the movie. I was HOT..and not lonely in my anger and disappointment. When what I got to see was over, I headed quickly out and asked for the manager. A very young man came over, and I informed him of my dismay over the problem. He and the projectionist said it was a feed problem they could not do anything about. I then explained that I managed a theatre for almost 10 years. In fact 2 of them. A simple customer service sorry gram to the happless group forced to sit and wait for whatever with NO explanations offered could have been avoided by just telling us what had happened. There was an impressive line behind me waiting to fill his young ears when I was finished. To his credit, he offered a refund, free tickets, whatever I wanted. Good PR, bad service overall, though. I only wanted the refund, period.. but suggested he get to a course of customer service soon. It would benefit
more than just him. So disappointed.

Great value but Regal has many issues with its app and billing. We were charged 5 separate times in one month for the 2 memberships we have. They make it very difficult to correct any issues and there is no way to speak to anyone... you must use the "contact us" page that is hidden at the bottom of the benefits page. Extremally frustrating and not customer friendly.

Avoid their subscription program at all cost. There's no way to cancel and they'll advertise a "free" trial that locks you into a three month subscription afterwards. They refuse to do refunds and the customer service feels like you're speaking with a robot that only exists to copy/paste messages that translate to "lol sucks to be you" in layman's terms.

Always enjoyed our visits here. Great pricing and Friendly staff too!

My wife and I usually go to this theater. That may change after tonight. Ticket taker inside was a disheveled greasy haired young man that was unmasked during this latest surge of the pandemic. Theaters complain about attendance, and then mismanage like this. Goodby for a while!

You can never get through to customer service. I signed up for the Regal unlimited and paid faithfully without using it through the pandemic. I finally stop paying after having it a year and barely using it. After being offered to get it started again I decided to start it back up and they charged me 3 times in the same day for the last months that I didn’t have access to the plan and I had deactivated it.

They charge you for some movies that are standard and they always charge a processing fee for every movie you watch. Then you can’t ever get in touch with anyone when you have a dispute. Not to mention being charged for one of the standard movies I booked that day.

I will be reporting them to the BBB for their predatory practices. Do not trust this company with your card information. They will continuously charge you and when you have a dispute they are not available. Now I will have to file a dispute with my bank.
