Regal Cinemas Avis 

I was trying to buy tickets for over an hour straight every time I get to checkout it kicks because the timer for the site times out. This was done on edge, chrome, and the app. On my last attempt after over an hour the seats I want are gone. Thanks Regal, I won't be coming back.

Regal Cinemas is truly an AWFUL company.
I haven't been able to speak to anyone in over a year.
All customer service is done via email in which it takes them forever to respond.

Don't EVER do an unlimited plan. I bought mine in Feb 2020...one month before covid hit. They shut down the theater in Augusta, Maine in which i attended.

I then proceed to move to a city that doesn't have a regal within an hour.

They STILL proceed to charge both my spouse and I $21.00 each per month until our "12 months" is over.

REGAL. I didn't shut down your theaters. My plan should have been completed in 12 months...Jan 2021... yet your greedy unfair tactics still charge me.

I write very few reviews. But honestly, this is borderline theft.

It’s so sad that I renewed my subscription when the theaters opened back up. The movies are horrible. Guess Hollywood is not producing any movie worth seeing now. Will not renew when my year is up.

The theater we were in on 12/05/21 at 13317 Meridian Ave E East, Puyallup, WA 98373 was utterly freezing! It felt like it was maybe 55 degrees in there at most. I asked an usher to increase the heat and he said he would but it didn't seem to get warmer while we were there. Please turn up the heat for movie goers!

If I could give them negative stars, I would!!! Can't wait until my unlimited subscription is over... I will never step foot in another Regal theater ever! I have not used my plan in well over a year and will not use it again. Good riddance!!!

Regal Cinema at San Diego, we had a 10:35 show and there was a power outage.
Then suddenly only Audio was playing and after a few minutes only Video without audio all these went on till 11:10, after that we just had black blank screen.

We were not communicated about anything in the theatre, we had to go out at the front desk to know about the situation and get a refund.

Writing this review sitting in the theatre seat itself.

Wouldn’t recommend Regal cinemas to anyone.

Since when are the lights ON during a movie? This kind of ruins the experience of large screen. Because one person slipped and fell, we all have to watch a movie with a bright light in your eyes.

Came in here watch the movie, next day I woke up realize I couldn’t find my wallet searched everywhere. Finally after thinking about it I had my girl call the movie theater while I left to over there. She called me and said yes they Found it. Upon arrival Everything was in my wallet including my money. I will deathly comeback here, such a great feeling

The experience was ok however I was bit up by something in room 7. It was terrible. It bit my right arm sooo bad never ever has this happened. Be careful.

I signed up for regal unlimited pass in the summer of 2019. Finally after being closed for over a year without even a notice the charged my card again in July 2021. If I would have known that in the middle of my subscription a killer pandemic was going to start and that regal over a year later would twist my arm into giving them money to finish out the contract I never would have signed up to begin with. These are very scummy and scammer like tactics that regal is taking.

Hooksett not well stocked. 2 out of 5 snacks ordered were out of. Ordered a pretzel, no salt on it, no cheese or mustard to dip available. Received a cold dry pretzel. Candy case was almost empty. One of 2 ticket machines weren't working. First and last time there. It's too bad we're a local family. I guess it's chunkys for our business.

Total scam! I had a regal pass before covid 19 and they cancelled all our subscriptions when they shut their movies down. Now, a year and a half later they all of a sudden start everyone’s account back up without asking or anything. It’s been a crazy year, how dare they assume anyone can just immediately have their account back. So I start getting charged and I can’t seem to turn it off. I’ve emailed them twice and nothing. Plus no number to contact. This should be illegal!

I really wanted to like Regal and I have attempted to give them a chance. In Nov of 2019 I signed up for their unlimited movies which requires a one year commitment. Now that the pandemic is nearing an end they still have no working support number and they are NOT responding to support emails. However, they are threatening me with collections for a payment they cannot collect because I cannot contact them. I seriously will deal with this issue and never do business with this company again. I get hard times. But, don't threaten your customers and give them no way of contacting you.

No gloves employee and also the manager I think her last name is Beth keeps touching food with hands also they touch hair and face without gloves worst place ever!!

Be aware Fraud! Regal cinemas is the Worst company to deal with! My sister enrolled with their card member services and used my credit card and she called to cancel and remove my credit card several times and they refuse to make the changes, I keep getting charged and this is Unauthorized! Worst customer service, they respond with generic emails and make excuses and do not address the issues of unauthorized charges!!

Regal Cinemas is one of the worst customer oriented companies out there I signed up for the Regal Cinema app to have the free movies with the $21 charge taking out monthly I put my credit card information in and the screen saying do you approve the $21 charge I was charged $21 5 times unknowingly to my bank account called customer service and they told me they could not refund my money ask to speak to a supervisor they told me they could not refund my money all in all customer service was horrible misleading and untruthful they stole $172 from me on top of not assisting with the refund do not use Regal Cinemas service they are not friendly customer oriented and care nothing about the subscriber on top of that I spoke to several managers who stated do what you want but we are not going to refund any monies back to you regardless so I took it upon myself to contact my bank and block the charges don't be fooled by the Allure of unlimited movies because it is a trap even if you don't use the app they will charge you multiple fees regardless

I'd give it zero stars if it'd let me! I went to Regal in Spokane WA. There was nobody working in the ticket box, was forced to stand in line for food and drinks to check in with my previous ordered tickets. Once we get to the front of the line we were told we didn't need to wait in line we could just go to our movie. The movie was supposed to be 2 hours and five minutes, so we made plans and the movie didn't even start until 6PM 40 MINUTES OF PREVIEWS before our movie started. Needless to say we had to go a half hour early to pick up my child and didn't even get to see what we paid $30 to see. BS!

Their app lost my regal gift card and the customer service to fix it was horrible. Complete don't trust them.

Regal Cinema in Aiken, SC is a dump! Have been a regular customer since it opened (maybe 20 years) but haven’t been in about 6 months. Went tonight to see 1917 ( great movie). Bought tickets in advance on Fandango. When we arrived, no one was checking tickets and the box office was closed. A worker told me the box office has been closed for at least 3 months ! In order to check with your digital ticket or to buy a paper ticket, you have to stand in the concession line with everyone else trying to get into one of the 8 theaters. The theater is dirty and smells like arm pits. I’ll never go back

My wife and I tried to see a movie there today. There was a half-hour of previews and advertisements that were played at an average sound level of 85 decibels and peaks of 98 decibels. It was unbearable. When the movie started it actually got louder. We went to talk to the 'manager' and she could have cared less. Permanent hearing loss can start at 85 decibels. Our money was refunded with no indication that people's hearing was any concern to them.
